Outside food is not allowed hence I will not book from next time. It's our choice whether we want to eat from their Restaurant or Order from outside.

Staff behaviour and facilities not good and no one asking what is guest requirement. Very rude behaviour

I frequently visit hyderabad like once in 2 months and stayed at various places. Hereafter I'm going to stay here again & again just for their Food

Overall good hotel to stay. First good things Very close to Metro station, enables you to use the same Well connected, one can walk to Hussain Sagar and New Secretariat Building. Good wholesome breakfast, fresh food given Good laundry service Room was clean and the service was good, water bottles were given every day and cleaned well Nearby quite a few good restaurants are there in case you want to have food outside. Few points to improve As this is adjacent to road, noises are there all day, hence sleep can get disturbed Bathroom was having some block in our room, but was taken care once informed Reception guys insist every day to give payments for the room, which I find really annoying and should be avoided for sure Most annoying part is smoking smell in the corridor (once you come out of the room, though we chosen no smoking one). It stays for the whole day almost. Overall good hotel in Lakdi-ka-pul area to stay in budget.

Good for family trip to stay there with the environment and good staff and all, have a great and comfortable stay

Hotel was very nice location was good house keeping very good staff very good over all good nothing to complain about
