Booked 4 rooms for an event at this, Positives: Close to Metro and onsite decent restaurant. Negatives: 1. Dated rooms where none of the basic things work eg. A/C, broken toilet, door lock requires ninja training, 2. Some staff are very rude (Not All), don't know how to treat customers. Had to go to reception 3 times to get A/C fixed despite asking the reception to make sure A/C is working before taking the key. 3. Smelly corridor and rooms. Most likely due to smoking and drinking in rooms. 4. Bedsheets looked ok but got skin rashes. Suggestions to potential customers: Unless you are in hangover don't book this hotel rooms. Don't go their sister hotel Swagath grand (another story/review to be posted on their hotel) Suggestions to hotel: Stop cheating the customers with 2/3Star hotel make it a 0 star hotel. Renovate the rooms Fix the broken toilet/bathroom Either ban alcohol in the rooms or make sure the rooms are cleaned so that it doesn't smell when families stay. Train your staff to treat paying customers with respect.
