Premium experience at budget category. Comfortable beds. Optimum use of space. Optimised toiletries. Provide bare minimal or less than minimal by default. But if any thing else needed like extra towel, shower cap, iron or anything just ask for it. To ask just scan the QR and chat window opens in browser. Tech savvy. I got a twin bed basic room. Asked for upgrade at pay difference but said rooms were full. Service: some staff stick to rule book of optimisation and some went above and beyond. Restaurant has fixed menu. Breakfast is okay okay.

Room clean, good food, maybe the location is not the best but all good in general. I'll back soon and this could be my 2nd option next time.
