I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at hotel ab i residency. There were several basic amenities missing, which greatly affected my comfort: no complimentary water provided. No toiletries available, which was unexpected for a hotel. The tv wasn’t recharged, so it was useless throughout my stay. Overall, the lack of these essential services made it a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, as it doesn’t meet the standard expectations of hospitality.

It was not a nice experience at hotel ab i residency there telephone doesn’t works at all they don’t provide soap, shampoo and basic amenities their lock card doesn’t works. No alacarte service they are dependent on the side restaurant if you need some food or coffee they will tell you to reach that restaurant only. Don’t know why people make hotels if they can’t provide basic amenities.

The location is fantastic and the property is awesome in terms of cleanliness. Polite behaviour of all the staff mesmerizing.

Property is not managed well. Renovation is long overdue. Carpets are very old and dirty. Furniture and interiors are broken and rusty and decaying.

I have experienced bad at this hotel not working tv & room is not cleaned neatly worst hotel in which i have than before hotels

It is really bad to share an experience like this, i really haven't felt my stay completed at that place only the reception guy alam was down to earth and humble and if i talk about the service or the management it was terrible i am not gonna stay there ever. Also, i would like to mention that there is no kitchen available in the hotel
