Arrived to a welcoming smile from a happy friendly member of staff called Chloe she's a credit to your company. The pub next door is lovely and welcoming for food and drinks at a reasonable price. We had an excellent night's sleep lovely comfortable bed. Had breakfast in pub next door Mottram wood was very good for hot food and excellent choice of continental breakfast with again happy friendly staff. An excellent experience overall would definitely come again.

Upon arrival at the hotel we was greeted by very friendly ladies on reception, it was a very straightforward check in and to register the car for free parking. When going to the room it was completely spotless and spacious for 2 adults and 1 child we found a very cute gesture of a santa lollipop on our sons bed. The shower was amazing pressure (we miss that shower 😂) in the room there was tea and coffee facilities and if you needed more you could help yourself from reception at any point. One of the days we arrived back at the hotel and our son wasn't feeling very well from the car ride one of the receptionists kindly offered us a can of Sprite to help settle his stomach, and Christmas day when we opened the bedroom door they had left a selection box outside the door which was a very nice touch 😊 We truly cannot fault the hotel in anyway at all and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area. Thank you ❤️

Staff were really friendly and the room was clean with extra amenities such as extra pillows. We stayed over Christmas and they thoroughly explained the breakfast hours and even left a christmas treat for us! Though there was some people lurking outside, drunk, it was a nice affordable stay over Christmas

we stayed here for 2 nights very clean / staff was 100% / also there's a pub right next door which serve great food at a very good price. also your on the edge of the peaks great for walkers. there was only one thing we found that was not nice -- now we stayed in room 40 middle floor but the people up above us was very noisy we was going to complain but thought better of it -- so just beware avoid room 40 just in case someone is above you

After all day on the road nothing better that arrive in a place where you feel welcome. Spanish lady in reception did my check in so fast and easy so I could go to have some rest after a stressful trip. Room was mega clean and it had powerful shower. Had a great night sleep ready for my meeting next day.

Once again a great stay, Rosa remembered us from our previous stays and once again she made us feel like we were at home. Spotless clean rooms, I love the new cups even If I could do with some extra glass for drink water but I’m sure if asked in Reception they wouldn’t mind to give me some.

Me and my partner decided to stay at this hotel as a stop off on our way to the Lake District. When we arrived we were greeted by Tracey, a lovely receptionist who is very helpful and friendly. Very clean and tidy hotel! Would definitely come here again! Tracey - if you see this - myself and Brad would both like to say we hope you have a lovely time off and enjoy your time with your little ones! Hope to see you when we next come up to Manchester!
