I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your mountain cottage. As the most expensive accommodation of our week's holiday, I had high hopes and was eagerly anticipating a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, I regret to inform you that the experience was anything but pleasant. Firstly, the cottage (no 8) was in a state of disrepair, with broken glass and a board of wood hastily hammered onto the front door. The interior was equally disappointing, with a dirty and dusty atmosphere that suggested that it had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The cottage smelt old and felt cramped, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and cramped during our stay. Additionally, the bath towel provided was the size of a hand towel, and there was no bathmat or hand towels left for us to use. These small amenities are essential for a comfortable stay and their absence made our experience even more unpleasant. The walls were dirty with dust and grime, light switches were dirty, stains and dirt on radiators. Chipped crockery. Old, torn and ripped blinds. No door on the bedroom. Overall, I must say that the cottage was not worth the £150 per night that we paid. It was far from the charming and cozy mountain retreat that we had envisioned. The only positive aspect of our stay was that the cottage was warm and had hot water. I understand that issues can arise, but I hope that you will take our feedback seriously and take steps to improve the quality of your accommodations. I also hope that you will take action to address the problems we encountered.

한국 숙소와 비교하면 안됩니다 그냥 가장 낮은 가격에 비와서 캠핑이 어려워서 잡았고 따듯한물은 한명 사용하면 오링나요 보일러 빵빵하게 쭉 켜두고 자면 따끈하니 잘만하고 침구도 나쁘지 않아요 코티지는 따로 조리 불가능하니 참고하세요

Orribile, cottage piccolo, vecchio e sporco. Il peggior alloggio dopo 10 giorni di road trip in Islanda. Troppo caldo, senza finestre apribili e senza nessun servizio. Foto oltretutto ingannevoli: ciò che mostrano non corrisponde assolutamente alla realtà Una notte qui è anche troppo (sto scrivendo questa recensione dall’alloggio in questione)

Chalet molto carino e intimo. ********** dice che non c'è reception invece è aperta fino alle 21 e il personale è molto gentile. Mancava solo il forno!

我男朋友最喜歡的地方！我們有一間帶廚房的小屋。淋浴很好，床很舒服，我們可以洗衣服。這對我的口味來說有點古怪。早餐很不錯，標準的冰島服務。如果只是為了徒步旅行，我會再次入住。

Casina in legno un po’ datata. Camera stretta e terzo letto in zona giorno. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Cucina super essenziale.

在 covid 之後推遲一年入住，當我們到達時，我們被告知住宿尚未解決，我們被要求償還雙倍的小屋價格（我們預訂了 2 間小屋，共 4 人）；我們拒絕了，經過 45 分鐘的談判，經理髮現我們的預訂已經解決：令人驚訝和不誠實。另外，小屋破舊、骯髒，跑了你會發現同等價位的要好很多。我們公路旅行唯一糟糕的經歷。
