Das Personal/ der Inhaber war sehr freundlich und das Motel für einen Aufenthalt in der Nähe zum Zion Nationalpark gut gelegen. Einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe. Im Badezimmer gab es einen etwas komischen Geruch, aber alles in allem war es okay und das Zimmer sauber.

We liked the fact that this property was close to zions. The pool and hot tub were heated and made it nice for a chilly evening swim. The breakfast was a basic continental breakfast. We were very grossed out at how dirty the floor was. The carpet needs to be cleaned. It made our feet black. And out shampoo and conditioner was a reused container.

It was conveinient for a one night stay. However, the interaction with staff started off wrong. I entered the building to check in and noone was there, there was a bell that stated to ring the bell. I proceeded to ring bell and wait. Noone came, rang a second time, noone came, rang a third time, all within 5 minutes - ish. Staff came out of the bathroom and angrily directed to me that he heard the bell, I proceeded to tell him I did not know that he was in the bathroom and that it was unintentional, but he was very abrasive moving forward, aggressively giving me check-in paperwork to fill out and proceeding to attend to the man who entered after me. I did walk out with paperwork to take a breather, and to get the plates, came back in and he appeared to calm a bit and asked the man to hold on while he finished checking me in. In the morning I did go to the breakfast spot - Same staff - This time he appeared a lot friendlier and patient with me. I have mixed feeling about the stay. The room - Floor needed to be vacuumed. Top bedding was stained, but the sheets and second blanket appeared clean. Overall - 3/5 for me - unsure I would stay again given the chance.

owner/manager has a very bad attitude. no room cleaning and do not provide towels. he said those are premium services for extra charges!!!!!!!

Me iba aquejar de las cucarachas, pero lamentablemente es algo común en los hoteles de Estados Unidos…
