Очень понравился сервис , на любую просьбу реагируют моментально , и главный менеджер и шеф, во время ужина всегда интересуются все ли нравится. Не оставят без внимания, спасибо за сервис . Понравился итальянский ресторан, и морской. Бронь за сутки, иногда можно и день в день.

Лучший отель! И это правда! Отдыхаю уже не первый раз в этом отеле, но однозначно вернусь еще! Территория ухоженная, номера чистые, красивые. Бассейны, полотенца, шезлонги - все хорошо! Детская анимация - моему ребенку понравилось, очень хороший коллектив kids club - Александра, Марина, Татьяна! Ребенок вспоминает девочек и просит отвезти снова к ним. Внимательные, старательные. Но хотелось бы активности и на пляже для деток. И есть женщина (Алена, но могу ошибаться, в очках) ее дети бояться… мне кажется она всегда злая, и всегда не довольная! Спорт - ооо, замечательные Алиса и Анара не дадут вам скучать! Позитивные, добрые, инициативные, любящие свою работу и отдыхающих! Рестораны - просто восхитительно! Есть конечно маленький минус, в главном ресторане,официант (Muhamed Gad) выпрашивает чаевые. Не приятно. Рестораны a la cart - на высоком уровне! Бразильский - моя любовь на всю жизнь. Рыбный - оооочень вкусно! Азиатский - замечательный! Итальянский - пальчики оближешь! Администрация - все безупречно! Девочки из Guest Ralation решат любую вашу проблему! Помогут в любом вопросе. Очень вежливые, располагающие, эти девушки залог вашего отличного отдыха! Не понравилось общение Нади из Guest Relation (светлая, не высокая) - грубо отвечает, пытается избежать туристов, на вопросы не отвечает, а читает лекции о том как ей кажется, столкнулась ни раз - не приятно, к концу отдыха я сама старалась ее избегать, ждала другую сотрудницу. И конечно отдельное спасибо Даше (Dasha) - профессионал своего дела! Решит любой ваш вопрос! Идет на встречу туристу. Сделает все, что бы ваш отпуск был идеальным. Спасибо, Даша!

Очень хороший отель, прекрасный сервис! Полный релакс! Качественные продукты, большое разнообразие! Чистый пляж, большое количество мест на пляже, чистая вода, защитные сетки , которые защищают от диких морских хищников! Очень вежливый персонал,отличная работа рецепции!рекомендую этот отель! Un séjour magnifique aux rixos (c’est notre deuxième visite 😊)tout était parfait le complexe était plein mais vous avez toujours l’impression d’être seul ce qui est très agréable. La villa avec piscine un plus un grand merci à Elsaid pour s’être si bien occupé du ménage. Et surtout un immense merci à toute l’équipe du the Mangal pour ces dîners incroyables et leur bonne humeur. Un seul petit bémol : connaissant l’hôtel et étant membre gold accord, plusieurs jours avant notre arrivé nous avons demandé de nous mettre dans une zone précise comportant 48 chambres sélectionnées. Malgrés la réponse :qu’il allait faire leur possible. ils n’ont pas tenu compte de notre demande, après réclamation nous avons changer de chambre au milieu de notre séjour. Juste dommage… car il n’a pas de différence entre des clients fidèles et les autres.

Невероятный отель в Египте, совершенно не похож на типичные отели Египта. Уровень сервиса и услуг похож на Мальдивы. 1. Пляж/бассейны, приносят полотенца , всегда есть свободные лежаки, не надо ничего занимать и вставать с самого утра. К лежакам подходят официанты, можно заказать что хочешь. Сетка натянута по всему периметру , плавать безопасно . Но рыбки маленькие есть , можно их посмотреть 2. Питание отличное, шведский стол просто выше всех похвал👍🏼 на обед/ужин на выбор стейки, шашлыки на мангале , ребята быстро жарят. Рестораны а-ля карт эт вообще отвал. Понравился Asian, спасибо официанту Махмуду. Очень вкусно все. На пляже кафе мороженное movenpick, выбора очень много . Наверное всех вкусов в России и не было 3. На ресепшене всегда есть русская девушка, которая поможет по любому вопросу. Через нее бронировали ресторан. Мария спасибо Весь персонал очень дружелюбный, моего сына все развлекали и знали☺️ Вообще шикарный отель с отличным сервисом. Обязательно вернемся сюда

Em nossa primeira viagem ao Egito, ficamos hospedados no Rixos Premium Magawish Suites & Villas e foi a melhor escolha que fizemos. O resort tem uma estrutura espetacular, tudo muito limpo, novo e organizado. Desde a recepção o atendimento foi muito profissional e gentil, com destaque a funcionária Adeline, sempre sorridente e atenta às necessidades dos hóspedes. O grande diferencial da nossa hospedagem foram os jantares nos restaurantes La Churrascaria e Salt. O super talento Chef Thomaz nos recebeu de uma forma que parecíamos estar em casa. No La Churrascaria, comemos os melhores cortes de carnes de vários países. Foi uma seleção de carnes incríveis, com a apresentação típica de rodízio de churrasco brasileiro. O próprio Chef Thomaz foi quem levou cada corte de carne em nossa mesa. Incrível! Outro jantar inesquecível foi no restaurante Salt, onde experimentamos a "Sugestão do Chef", uma seleção de pratos de frutos do mar deliciosos e muito bem apresentados. Tudo isso numa mesa em frente ao Mar Vermelho. E mais uma vez fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Chef Thomaz, que também assina o menu desse restaurante. Ambiente agradável, vista do Mar Vermelho, menu excelente e atendimento excepcional. Que jantar inesquecível! Nossos profundos agradecimentos ao Chef Thomaz, que nos proporcionou as melhores experiências gastronômicas que tivemos em viagens de férias.

Не все фрукты в доступе для всех. Кому то выносят в общем ресторане, арбуз, дыню, на общем столе нет . Странно. Не премиум уровень, выпрашивать фрукты. Манго и клубники нет. Сейчас отдыхаем здесь и осадок прям, десерты тоже не самые вкусные

Magnifique hôtel 10/10 !!! Je vous le recommande à 100% en familles !! Le kid club est génial surtout l’animatrice Samah ( du kidclub ) qui a encore plus embellie les vacances de notre fille . Merci à l’équipe rixos . La qualité du service super et même la nourriture.
