The Sunrise Huraa, Sameer and his team the best of the best❤️love forever🥰 Finally I was able to bring my parents to Maldives and I knew that there is no better place than this. Amazing, perfect service 24 hours. Clean and cozy, with amazing food. Bicycles excursions, snorkelling 🤿 fishing. Huraa one of the best local island in Maldives, friendly people, perfect location, shops, cafes, everything you need. Will come back again and again☀️☀️🥰🥰Missing so much and will recommend to all my friends and colleagues👌 Wishing prosperity and many more guest 🤗

The sunrise Huraa. Huraa is a small quiet island about 30-45 min from Male. The owner, Sameer is amazing and does everything to make his guest feel happy. Everybody working there is so helpful. The rooms are big and clean. Food is good. Short walking distance to the bikini beach. He takes you out snorkeling any time, just make booking. And what an experience. We did it many times. Amazing sights. Swimming with smaller sharks , turtle, and thousands of fishes and corals. And he is filming, so you will bring home the most wonderful memories. You live close to the Moske and the locals, close to small grocery stores etc. We will definitely come back

Property itself is very good – with great and helpful owner Shameer and all the staff. Rooms are clean, beach towels and water always available, they serve good breakfast and can cook a good lunch. Once Shameer went snorkeling with me to show a non-obvious snorkeling place near the island. He was kind to help me printing and scanning the papers I needed to send home. On the downside - window was facing the wall in a meter distance (unfortunately not uncommon problem of Maldivian guesthouses and hotels), there were. no soundproofing with the adjoining room - sounds like the neighbors are in your room. Location-wise - hostel used to be on the beach, but now - after the extension of the island - near the huge wasteland that used to be the ocean. The worst thing about our stay was the island. It is by far the least interesting of 11 Maldivian local island we have visited: nothing to see, nothing to do, unless going somewhere by the boat, small bikini beach with a very shallow water, no house reef except for some 0,5 meter deep little coral field where you can snorkel during the high tide without getting coral cuts, only one ok restaurant - in a word, no vibe, no attractions. If I’d visit only this island I would have terribly wrong impression from Maldives.

Exceptional hospitality and service. Samir, his sons and his staff run the perfect homestay on Huraa Island. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The food was local, tasty and served in a lovely outdoor courtyard under the shade of trees and a veranda. From the moment I made my booking by WhatsApp to dropping me at the public speed boat at the end, Sunrise Huraa was brilliant - helping me book ferries, sort out my covid travel paperwork and tell me about island life. If you want to see the real Maldives and experience its true hospitality, there’s no need to look any further.
