This is not an 3.7 star hotel false advertisement not clean didn’t smell to good as well. I had to cancel this booking to go to another hotel cause the pictures were totally different from what I saw on the hotel. Definitely wouldn’t come back to that place needs upgrading

Clean hotel and great location with excellent value for the money.

We were very pleased with the accommodations . The room was clean . The maid service was very helpful. The only bad thing that I wish to express is that coffee should be available The customer should be able to have some when they come into the lobby. Other than that every thing was fabulous, thank you.

Don’t expect a whole lot, this is a budget hotel. The sheets were clean. The water was hot. The facilities were clean. There was obvious signs of some neglect, things that had not been repaired that should have been. The breakfast was sausage, eggs, biscuits. They had the rest cereal, oatmeal, orange juice, apple juice, and Belgian waffles. my biggest complaint was everything was on Styrofoam plates, plastic forks, Styrofoam glasses. It seemed a bit excessive, I know it’s cheaper, but the detriment to the environment was uncomfortable. The staff was very helpful. The young lady that checked us in Friday night was super cute very friendly of well above board. Good location in Huntsville

Comfortable and friendly service. Staff was very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Near several stores and eateries. Very close to Sam Houston University. The Hotel offers discounts to the bar and grill restaurant next door.

Definitely not what I was expecting. I’m a piano mover. And I cant believe I paid 107 dollars for 7 hours of sleep. Not worth it for there not to be a vending machine. Plus very weirdly nasty on the outside And from the picture…. You can tell what that is.. very nasty. Not happy at all.! Should have looked at all the reviews. Definitely not worth 107 dollars next time we will be just going with red roof inn Bad hotel
