還是我們中國酒店業和服務業高級，去houston 住酒店體驗很差。IAH機場20公里內的Hilton Houston North算很大比較好的了，但房間噪音和設備差於中國如家這些

The reception desk very helpful and friendly, they make your satay easy and comfort. the breakfast very good, but the breakfast supervisor was little unfriendly.

The hotel room had a shower that took around 5 minutes or more to become hot. The water leaked from the shower all the way out of the bathroom into the room. They did clean it frequently which was nice. The elevators are in need of some repairs. The neighborhood it was in did not appear safe. The surrounding blocks had a lot of active police work and apar**ents with bars on all the windows. The hotel also would not give me my Hilton Rewards Points.

Got stuck in the elevator. It was terrifying!
The dining room was shut down, presumably to prepare a banquet meal, but the front desk was not notified. We waited a long time for the dining room to open and ended up driving to a restaurant 10 minutes away.

The swimming pool was out of order. There were two elevators not working for such a huge hotel with lots of people. And Starbucks was always closed they need to have more flexible hours. Some room lights were too dim or lamps not working. Won’t be staying there again. Hotel needs lots of remodeling or fixing.

This hotel is located in what the locals call "Gunpoint". The lobby looks clean and inviting but when you get into the rooms things are bad.
Toilets don't flush, phones don't work, main shower doesn't switch on. Our friend was threatened entering the elevator. The laundry and pool are out of service, we were offered a shuttle to use those facilities, not what you expect when you stay at a Hilton. No offer of a discount or refund.

The property is very attractive and spacious, however the shower in the unit I rented needs maintenance. There water was just slightly warmer than lukewarm and the soap holder in the corner of the shower leans down and seems to be ready to fall off.

Thrifty car rental was bad. Long line, not enough help. They told me after waiting in line for about 45 min that the wait to get a car that I pre ordered would be 1.5 hours. They got me a car right away through hertz but had to pay add $80. Not great!
