Cuevas 宮殿

El palacete de las cuevas de Almanzora es una Palacete del siglo XIX que se ha respetado y adaptado para la comodidad del cliente sin perder su esencia y la verdad es que lo ha conseguido... Haciendo de él un lugar cómodo, acogedor, impecable y de trato exquisito. Ellie la propietaria es una mujer atenta y muy afable que ha hecho que nuestra estancia sea inolvidable. Un lugar con encanto que no te deja indiferente y que hace que los recuerdos allí sean especiales.

Ik heb zelden zo’n unieke, bijzondere, heerlijke eetervaring gehad als deze avond in dit prachtige hotel. De eigenares en tevens kok van El Palacete kookt vegetarisch/veganistisch en doet dit alleen op reservering. Ik ben zelf niet vegetarisch maar een goede vriendin en haar zoon wel en vanwege verjaardag van de zoon had ik hun uitgenodigd. Wij bleken de enige gasten te zijn voor het diner die avond. We mochten onze Franse Bulldogs meenemen!! De kok was werkelijk hartverwarmend!! We kregen een tour door het prachtige hotel en er was zo mooi een tafel gedekt! Ik begon met een champignon/kaas risotto die echt subliem was! Mijn vrienden hadden falafel en die was zooo lekker!! Als hoofdgerecht had ik een prachtig gerecht met rijst en hele mooie groenten in een soort van broodbakje. De zoon had een geweldige vegetarische hamburger met zalige frietjes. Hij werd verrast met een prachtig dessert voor zijn verjaardag! In een woord: een avond om nooit te vergeten!!

Very comfortable stay here. Everywhere was very clean. It was great to have a kitchen area. Because of the time of year I didn't use the pool but a lovely outside area. The bed was very comfortable and a great shower. The attention to detail throughout the building was amazing. I would recommend a stay.

What a fantastic place to stay. I was a solo traveller with my Dog and felt so very comfortable here. the decoration and facilities are great. Ellie is very helpful. I took dinner in the 'Happy herbivore' and it was excellent. I didn't use the pool but it looked great.

Wow the hotel is beautiful , the rooms are amazing and smell lovely . Our whole experience at this hotel from checking in to leaving was brilliant . You have to go to experience the magical feeling this hotel offers … well done Ellie you should be very proud of what you have achieved .

My visiting, vegan friend and I were one of the lucky people that got to experience a lovely dinner at your restaurant. I myself am no vegetarian, no vegan, I don't even really like vegetables 😅. But... I must admit I emptied all of my lovely presented plates. I actually enjoyed what I was eating 😅😋😋. So I will defenitely be recommending you! Nearly forgot to mention... you're a great, lovely hostess too 🫂😘
