順化巴利飯店(Baly Hotel and Spa)

我住在三樓。我通過 Trip.com 預訂了一間高級房，不知何故，當我到達時，他們以為我使用了另一個平台。我不介意，只要他們安排我預訂的房間。房間不一樣，在一樓，沒有陽台。在我告訴他們我已經預訂了一個帶陽台的房間之後，他們帶我去了 3 樓的一個明顯較小的房間。我不介意，因為我只是拜訪一個朋友，我打算用這個房間睡覺和上網工作。 wifi 信號很弱，所以它一直斷開連接，至少在我位於 3 樓的陽台房間裡是這樣。 我的預訂包括自助早餐，這很好。他們提供西餐和當地菜餚的組合以及各種飲品。但是，當我退房時，他們找不到我的預訂。大堂工作人員把賬單遞給我，我花了大約 10-15 分鐘說服他們，同時向他們展示我從 Trip.com 發來的電子郵件，說房間已經付了。 我的建議是，如果您打算和他們住在一起並且計劃在順化附近開車，那就住在那裡！它的位置非常好，他們有一個摩托車停車位。即使您打算乘坐 Grab，酒店附近也有許多餐廳、當地美食、商店等選擇。我喜歡這個位置，食物也很好。

離順化市中心有點遠，但是設施不錯。工作人員很熱情的接待了我，附近也有好幾家超市和餐廳，簡單的吃頓飯還是可以的。

Le personnel était vraiment accueillant et avenant. L’endroit est bien situé. Le buffet était varié et bien. Le café manque un peu de goût. Le douche et la bain n’était pas très fonctionnel. Difficile de se laver aisément. De plus, l’eau chaude manquait parfois.

Stayed here as part of a group tour over Christmas. Our room was large with two beds, one double and one single. There was a huge bathroom with a corner bath which I was quite excited by on Christmas eve! Unfortunately the plug doesn't quite work and there wasn't enough hot water for a good soak (I realise this was an unreasonable expectation!!). The shower proved to be a little crazy! Really powerful - shoots across the room!! You need to hold it in order not to wet every surface!! The room itself is comfortable. There is a kettle, fridge and a strange balcony that isn't enclosed, has a metal cage onto the corridor! It was unseasonably cold when we were staying here and there is no heating ( I can imagine it is rarely needed!) so we did use the duvet from the second bed to stay warm - double duvet!! Breakfast buffet was good, you can get an omlette made and there was bread and fruit plus local options. Staff in the hotel were really friendly and helpful. Great location; we walked to town for dinner one night. There is a coffee shop and supermarket across the street too.

The Baly Hotel is situated well in the centre of Hue and close to all amenities. It is very welcoming, clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful in particular Tyler Khoabell. He assisted me accessing the ATM in the local shopping mall and remained with me until I was safely back in the hotel. Thank you Tyler 😊

Staying at the middle of Hue, the hotel gives us the whole view of the city. That’s great experience and the hotel is so clean, very convenient with amazing service from staffs ! we are so happy about everything the hotel could bring to us in this vacation! thanks for the service! Tyler Vo!

Hotel was very nice and convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. Will comeback again. Staff welcomed us warmly and were always welcoming .Buffet was very nice and plenty full. It was very close to everything. Will definitely come back again

Wonderful hotel with very helpful staff. Clean and nice location. Loved it !! The hotel has secure parking for your motorcycles and the buffet breakfast was really good. Nearby the hotel, there are plenty of food eatery places. Very near to Imperial palaces

Noisy, can hear next door talking loudly. Room is small. Breakfast was good
