服務態度挺好，不過隔壁有一家酒吧營業到凌晨三四點，因此有一些房間會受到噪音影響。12點前聲音很響，12點以後酒吧的大門如果打開聲音就比較響，但大門會經常打開，所以……其他還可以。房型有些床靠頭的位置是類似地毯那種材質的，容易產生異味，反而低等級的木床的房間要更好一些。

設施：尚可，稍顯陳舊。 衞生：OK 環境：地理位置佳，位於步行街，走去江北和碼頭都不遠， 服務：很好👍。 食物：自助早餐豐富，具有越南特色。

第一次碰到網上預訂還需要補差價的，這酒店真是人才，要找補網上平台跟現實門店的差價，網上平台還是他們的到賬價格，墨跡了半天，我補了二十九萬多越盾。

Service: friendly and helpful staff, 24-hour front desk for assistance anytime Facilities: Moonshine Spa, offering a variety of treatments and packages for relaxation. An indoor and possibly outdoor swimming pool. Fitness center for workouts. A kids' club, which is great for families.

Khách sạn tốt, vệ sinh sạch sẽ, nhân viên nhiệt tình thân thiện, vị trí trung tâm rất thuận tiện, đêm thì các pub chơi nhạc hơi muộn chút khách nên ở các tầng cao sẽ đỡ noise hơn !

Hotel ristrutturato ma non moderno Personale efficiente e pulizia accurata Servizio lavanderia puntuale Ristorante sul tetto al 14 piano con una vista bellissima Colazione ricca e sala fitness e piscina al 5 piano Purtroppo il rumore dei locali presenti sulla strada di fronte è incredibile anche stando all’ottavo piano!!! Infatti nelle dotazioni della camera troverete i tappi per le orecchie

L'hotel ha una bella vista sulla città peccato che la mia camera dava sulla strada dove c'è una musica assurda sino all'una di notte e si fa fatica a dormire. La camera aveva qualche problema (chiusura della porta, asciugacapelli) che parzialmente sono stati risolti. Il personale si è dato da fare ed è stato cordiale. Siamo stati due sera ed abbiamo cenato (cena non certo memorabile ma almeno sufficiente) e la colazione è stata sullo stesso livello della cena. La cosa più bella è la vista dai piani alti sulla città. Il WIFI andava a scatti e spesso si bloccava. L'hotel avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata magari insonorizzando le camere almeno verso l'esterno.

Nous avons eu un bel accueil, notre chambre était vraiment spacieuse, avec une baignoire.. quel plaisir ! L'équipe est au petit soin, nous avons pu profiter d'un massage Vietnam. Dynamique c'est le mot, mais sympathique. L'hôtel dispose aussi d'une piscine, pour se détendre après une belle journée de vadrouille. L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour ceux et celles qui veulent être au plus près dès festivités et des commerces de la ville.

Freundliches Personal, guter Service, gutes Frühstück, saubere Zimmer, gute Aussicht, was braucht man mehr, gern wieder. Nette und hilfsbereite Damen am Empfang, besonders Da Thao und Phuong Nam, aber auch die anderen Mitarbeiter ( mehr Namen habe ich mir leider nicht gemerkt) waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. La ubicación de este hotel está en plena zona de bares y discotecas de Hue. El descanso se puede ver comprometido por el tremendo ruido de los alrededores. La bañera de difícil acceso puede ser peligrosa. La habitación es amplia y espaciosa. La piscina no merece la pena ser visitada. El desayuno muy normal y en nuestro caso el segundo día, que salíamos muy temprano, la bolsa ofrecida en sustitución del mismo era horrible. Fue directamente a la papelera.

Hotel bastante bien ubicado, con mucho ambiente alrededor. Un poco antiguo, necesita alguna reforma. Hacen masajes, pudiendo elegir entre unas cuantas variedades. La atención del personal es excelente. El desayuno es buffet, muy correcto.

Arriviamo a sera dopo il tramonto, città molto grande,difficile orientarsi in strade tutte uguali,l'hotel si erge alto tra gli altri palazzi, accoglienza gentile,la camera in alto è bella,luminosa e tranquilla,unica cosa che non amo è la parete a vetro tra bagno e camera,ormai consuetudine in molti alberghi,per fortuna questa ha una tendina e quindi la privacy è salva.Abbiamo cenato una sera,il ristorante è all'ultimo piano con vista panoramica di tutta la città Molto gentili,avendo anche un problema di intolleranza,un menù classico vietnamita,buono.Dobbiamo anche ringraziare la signora della reception per averci aiutato a risolvere un problema personale importante.Quindi che dire per concludere,Un Hotel non è fatto solo di muri e di deposito bagagli,ma di persone che con il loro lavoro ci aiutano per rendere il nostro soggiorno sereno:Grazie e Buon Viaggio a tutti.
