哈德森希爾頓歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn and Suites Hudson)

We encountered fire alarm in the middle of the night. Staff were qick and responsible for the care of the guests by providing blankets to stay warm while we were outside of the building. They kept calm and slwly move guests back to their room once fire department gave permission . Our room happened to be 2 rooms beside the room thay the sprinkler went off. We were offered a suite for the rest of the night. It was spacious ,comfortable bed and quiet. I was able to go back to sleep and I had a good rest after the incident.

Nice hotel. Location was great and lots of great things close by. I didn’t like the fire alarm going off at 2 am because of ****** not an actual emergency and not being able to go back to my room till 4. Poor communication about what’s going on. Worse night of sleep I ever remember having in any hotel. I still had to pay full price though of course. I understand it’s not fully the hotels fault but it’s not mine either.

This hotel is very nice. . Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Free hot breakfast is a added bonus. Will definitely stay here again next time thru the area We attended a baby shower in one of the meeting rooms and the hotel staff was very helpful.

Only one grab bar in the tub/shower. Could use another one in the front. Shampoo Conditioner and shower gel in the back of tub. Hard for me to hold onto one bar while trying dispense products. Toilet was a low one a taller one would be better to use. Harder to sit down then try to get up. Pillows on the beds all too flat put 2 together didn’t work then too high. Breakfast both days was good as were the clerks when we arrived.

We have rented the conference room a couple of times now for family events and it’s great. It’s always clean and beds are comfortable

Was a good stay, albeit a very short one. The hotel staff was very courteous and professional. Common areas and room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety and was pretty good. Bed was a little harder than we like but that is very subjective. All in all a nice place to stay.

A recently designed/built property. Modern, clean, well designed rooms. Complementary breakfast. I would highly recommend.

This was a one night stay, very quiet and clean hotel.
