Experience was a little rocky. The email sent gave us the wrong code to get the key out of the locked box, forcing me to call up the number, and listen to someone apparently speaking into a tin can in the middle of the ocean given the quality of their microphone. After we got the right code, the flat itself was fairly OK. The clock had no batteries in, and the soap dispenser had no soap in it, so there were minor inconveniences all along.
Overall it was a livable experience and a convenient place to stay on the edge of the Ring Road, but i'd only use it again if the price was one of the lowest in town.

Accommodation comfortable, good central location. Slept well.
I did have to contact the owner about an issue which he sorted immediately. I could n’t have asked for more.
I would stay there again.
