Not going to lie it’s an absolute **** hole, the hallways reek of rotting corpses and the walls are mouldy and peeling there’s this constant feeling of being watched and the service was dreadful you have to talk to them through a ring doorbell and we couldn’t understand a word the lady was saying through it, we had planned to stay for one night but decided we shouldn’t stay as we didn’t feel safe. Our room was in the basement and the windows would not open as well as the door didn’t have a good lock Do not stay here!!

This place should not be called a hotel, B&B or even a hostel. There is no human contact reception, so where that picture on their brochure with a receptionist is false. There was a lock door with reception written on it. Contact was through a 1970's trim phone on the wall and the connection was intermittent. They refused to come to the "reception" in person to book me in. During the time I waited the smell was quite challenging. On a small screen, next to the phone, they contacted me but did not show their faces. I was requested to send by email my photo ID. Based on the safety issues of covered smoke detectors my brother experienced in his and his daughter's room, I made the decision to not book in. I left and checked into a much more acceptable hotel 5 mins away. I believe *********** should take more care of their customers by having stringent checks on the standard of the venues they are promoting. Incredibly disappointed.

Room smelt of Urine, not the bathroom but room, several health and safety violations and when I tried to have a shower for my meeting it was blocked and so wasted a whole journey! The pictures are very old, this place is falling apart! Think third world x100 worse! Trust me pay a little extra and get a travel lodge room unless you enjoy sleeping with a fresh public toilet smell
