Royal Ritz OMG! That was awesome 🥰 I really felt soo good while staying there one night! & there clients were very helpful with the peoples of helping things which we need it. I really loved the swimming pool & the GYM in that i worked out half an hour in the GYM & 1 hour in Swimming pool 🏊 it was so cool & fresh hope you guys visit it with friends & family had a lots fun 🤩

It was decent stay, we dint call any room service so can't comment on that (because I had seen poor reviews about room service), staff were decent during our stay, restaurant on ground floor had many food options but not happening place, restaurant on 4th floor as a happening place but very few food options with IPL screening too They need to improve in many things with their rooms: 1. Room flooring makes sound 2.

Very good stay. Very well maintained, clean and neat rooms. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. The breakfast buffet spread is huge and tasty. would like to thank them for a special surprise cake on Women's day. It sure did brighten up my day! The location is a lil far (10 kms) from the main city market area but considering the calm and being away from the hustle bustle of the city this is a good place to stay. Weekends in Ritz are very active with many theme based events in the restaurant and pub.

Our stay at royal ritz was v. Satisfying! hotel is v. Clean the water games for kids is the main attraction and my kids enjoyed it! food was v. Good tasty and hygienic! kudos to the chef! staff were courteous and we'll mannered! thank you team!

The rooms were very comfortable and cozy. Bathrooms were well maintained and sanitizer. The restaurant too is great and do serve upto late night. Room service could have been better. They did not give the complimentary water bottles, no hand towels neither hand-wash. They can do better here.
