The scenery and the room are beautiful. But the hotel service is not good at all. Security is never at the gate when you first enter. You also have to wait a long time to get the luggage. Another thing is about restaurants. The restaurant manager spoke loudly. He shouted at his subordinates in public. Worst of all, they do not even rent a wine cellar at their hotel. The waiter was brought into the room with a broken wine stick and a knife. I could not help but be amazed at the young man who stabbed the wine bottle in front of the guests. Some of the food is very expensive. My friend's wedding took place at this hotel. The food is not ready. The buffet only says one thing and one comes down. Wouldn't it be really cool to be ready? The attitude of some of the staff is good, but some of them are very frustrating. I think this hotel is famous for its location and swimming pool. Once you know their service, you will probably not want to go any further. I do not want to go again.

This is the best hotel in Hpa An. We are a family of 3 with a 5 year old kid. The hotel is beautifully located at the base of the famous Zwekabin mountain. The rooms are big and clean. The staff are friendly and they provide the best service while keeping the team size small. The best thing about this hotel is the view and landscaping. We can see the stunning view of the mountain from our balcony. I feel our short vacation in Kayan state is so memorable because of this hotel.

Hotel reception, booking system and arrangement are need to be improved. Food are delicious, clean and variety of choice. Rooms are spacious Staff are helpful and informative especially food services area. Swimming pool is clean and spacious.
