The check-in process was smooth. Room was small but cozy and with ac, tv, wifi too. Bathroom was clean although no liquid soap was available (they gave soap bar though. There is no in-house kitchen so you've to order food from outside but that is totally fine as almost all the big restaurants of kolkata are close by and you can order online easily. Location is great so transport is not a problem at all. And staff is very helpful. Not to say, it's quiet affordable also. Great for one or two days stay.

Well maintained neat & clean room and washroom..
24 hrs electricity, owner is helpful for students . I find out the location of dev guest house through Google map, food area are near to dev guest house, services are too good...

Room is nice but too small and all the other things are good like serving, cleanliness, ac, lift, water facility and bathroom is very clean and smelling nice, no noise is coming inside the room, overall room is nice.

Everything is good room is only bed size and cleaned but room was smelling and area is good to stay because you will all the needs around just ignore area dirt rest all good
