Very nice behavior and management section as well as other subordinate staff is very polite and helpful.

Check-in was hassle-free. The staff were cooperative. But, the room was dirty and lots of mosquitoes were there. I requested for Allout/Mortein which they gave after 30 mins but it was faulty and didn't work. Although the bed was clean yet a few small bugs were found on the pillow. Ventilation of the room was not good

The support was bad, and also they charged extra for shifting rooms which were not available from their end and later on they were asking for more money for early checkin Also they were asking to pay 500 extra for late checkout which was just 10 mins. Moreover I would not recommend this. You can get better deals in better pricing The staff keep asking for money in cash by guving excuses likr early check in late checkout Switching rooms which were not available from their end

They were asking for charges for bed sheets and that is also 1000 and telling the reason that u made the bed sheets dirty

My experience was really good. I loved their hospitality. Only thing is that outside food is not allowed, if they allow food then it will be great thank you. How to upgrade image

Desolate location, hotel is on the second floor, rooms are different sizes, no hot water and the plumbing is outside. We paid for the full day but only checked in around 3:30am. He started calling us just 6 hours later at 9:30am asking us to check out by 10am or pay the extra day charges. Water is not good here.
