In Auckland for a week chose the quest as they are our preferred option, Location was great, not too far from the city and a 15 minute or so drive to the Airport. Facilities and cleanliness were on par, staff efficient and pleasant. We arrived after hours when reception was not manned, but received clear and easy instructions to gain access, overall, we couldn’t fault it. We are back in October and will definitely return!

This was one of the worst experiences, the room itself was fine, all clean, well appointed etc but during yhe middle of the night someone started banging on my door, I was travelling solo and this was terrifying, they continued to do this for about an hour on and off and then I could hear them running up and down the hallway. There is no staff on call over night so I could not call anolyone. The next day when I said it to staff they just dismissed me, I sent two emails in relation to this incident and didn't even get a reply all I was after was an apology. The customer service was appealing

Nice room with kitchen, washing machine and dryer Confortable bed Extremely quiet place Few restaurants and cafes on same building block (the hotel does not serve breakfast) Internet is easy and quick for business Little store in same building block (water, biscuits, batteries...) Only issue is they do not give room prior to 12...

We spent one night here and didn't realize we were almost in an industrial estate. The room was adequate for our needs and had the added bonus of a washing machine and dryer in the room. The underground parking was good and there were a few restaurants within walking distance. The accommodation met our needs for a one night stopover. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Having to come to Auckland after the sudden death of my father we were pleased to be able to book our first night at the Quest, but disappointed we couldn’t stay for the duration of our visit. Again superb service on arrival which was again surpassed after lunch. Arriving back at the hotel , Atek the duty manager advised us that due to a cancellation and changes made by the staff we could in fact stay at the Quest for our time here. Atek your empathy, efficiency and caring made a difficult situation so much better. The Quest Hotel is indeed fortunate to have you as an employee and you will always be remembered by us for your caring and genuine understanding. The word has been spread around my family and friends. Well done Atek and the Quest. Again nothing but superb service and accommodation. Thank you. Mike and Kay Legge. May 09 2022.

We were in Auckland for a dog show. We’re we’re booked in here by the organising club. Unfortunately during the first days I contracted the horrid Covid. After health department confirmation the staff were magnificent in helping with everyday things outside of their regular service. Nothing but praise for the way we’re we’re treated. Thank you
