Dejligt byhotel i Hove
Hygsomt ældre hotel.
Dejligt centralt i Hove, med en kort gåtur til stranden. Eller 10min i bus til central brigthon.

Stilvoll übernachten
Sehr liebevolles Haus, hübsche Einrichtung, sehr gutes Bett und Badezimmer war sinnvoll gross und sauber. Frühstück hervorragend und viel Auswahl. Wir hatten auch den Afternoon Tea, den wir wärmstens empfehlen können. Parkplatzbewilligungen konnten wir vor Ort kaufen und entlang der Strasse parken.

Claremont Hotel is a beautiful building filled with interesting artwork. Close to the sea, shops , cafes and restaurants of Hove an ideal place to stay. Homely with a tasty freshly cooked breakfast. We will be back for sure

Nice rooms - clean and high quality. We felt very well provided for. Parking easy on the street. Great position close to bus routes - ideal for popping into the city centre with loads of buses. Local restaurants and bars for socialising and eating in the evening.

Convenient for us to walk to County Cricket ground to support Somerset and into Brighton.
Good all round experience, though we felt breakfast let it down a little. Not as expected especially as it was "Award Winning". Only one flavour of juice on offer, pastries had to be asked for and our cooked food, on the first morning, was not very hot. Second day, slightly better. Staff attentive and very pleasant.

I called Easter Sunday from the train, I was in Brighton to see a live performance. Greeted on the phone by a very nice receptionist, there was plenty of availibility. Solo, single room with a bayh, I really WA Ted a double but very overpriced so I settled for the single. Advised a 29 min walk from Brighton Station, 35 min with a small case. Arrived to a tired looking b&b no sign of 5 stars or rosettes or whatever the advertised status of this abode was. Stale cigarettes in a bucket and a stench of times gone by, lock front door, always appealing. Greeted by a lovely helpless receptionist, room booked, carried case to fourth floor to a cupboard of a room, it did have a bath. The carpet had 70's vibes, the walls were marked and the place very tired. U can't order a thing not even a bottle of water. I left for a travel lodge. Overpriced, dull, in need of a refurb.

I stayed in The Claremont for two nights when I ran the Brighton Marathon. Every communication prior to my stay was great. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff I met were helpfull, freindly and welcoming. The normal breakfast time starts at 8 am, but the day of the marathon it started at 6:45 am. Plenty of places to eat very locally. But I didn't hear much noice from them in my room. The bed was great, I slept well before and after. I'd recommend this hotel, and if I'm in Brighton again, would stay there.

We had a lovely stay. The location can't be beat! We had many days ning and shopping options to choose from. Our stay was wonderful, clean, comfortable and very accommodating. We loved all the local art on the walls. The breakfast was perfect too! We would definitely stay again!
