Это был потрясающий отель. Необычный формат бутик-отеля прям на берегу океана . Очень тихо и спокойно. Все номера оформлены со вкусом, много всяких деталей. На территории есть прекрасный ресторан. 

Es war eine grandiose Erfahrung, beeindruckende Location direkt am Meer. Besonders die unglaubliche Ruhe und Einsamkeit am Morgen war für mich Urlaub pur. Dass wir sogar noch Delphine sehen durften war der Höhepunkt. Leider war der Service und die Qualität der Speisen schwankend. In den ersten drei Tagen wurden uns buchstäblich alle Wünsche von den Augen abgelesen, danach wechselte die Crew und leider damit die perfekte Gastfreundschaft und Professionalität. Man war noch immer sehr bemüht und freundlich, allerdings hakte es an Kleinigkeiten.

Wat een geweldige plek is dit. We wisten al dat het eten bij Chefs Warehouse geweldig was maar het logeren is nog beter! Prachtige kamer (Lemu suite) met Afrikaanse/keniaanse inrichting. Waanzinnig uitzicht. Maar het beste zijn de mensen. Wat een service.

I was highly anticipating the stay at the hotel due to the positive reviews, but was sorely disappointed. While other travelers found staff friendly and helpful, I found the opposite with some members of the team. The service varied significantly, with some exceptional team members, and some who were rude and standoffish. I ordered room service one evening, and the team member who took my order was astoundingly rude. The restaurant where meals were served was often dirty, with breadcrumbs over the floor and seats. We ate one dinner at the restaurant and the food was extremely underwhelming. The saving grace was staff including Lee-Ann, Jonathan, Patrick who were extremely responsive and apologetic about issues we experienced, and dealt with them efficiently. I also appreciated the lovely gift left for my parents as we were celebrating their wedding anniversary. Other observations for future guests: 1. The hotel only offers meals at the Chef's Warehouse restaurant on the property. There is a modified residents menu which is not the restaurant's focus, and probably why the meals are not of a very high quality. It is also extremely limited for special dietary requirements such as vegetarian or vegan. 2. If driving in the city, you will have to park your car at the entrance and be driven down to the property. While this is a minor inconvenience, the staff at the front gate are not particularly welcoming, and do not recognize return guests. 3. Management are fantastic and should be commended, but general staff particularly those on the phone, or at the restaurant dealing with hotel guests could benefit from additional training. 4. The bar man at the guest lounge is fantastic, and made amazing cocktails/mocktails. I also highly recommend the chilli martini at the restaurant - one of the best drinks I've ever had. 5. The location and position right on the ocean is spectacular, and the rooms are well appointed/stocked with teas/coffees etc. Overall, I would conclude that in my opinion, the hotel falls far below a 5 star property. While the location is incredible, what really sets a hotel apart is the service, and this one stood out for all the wrong reasons.

Ein paradiesisches Refugium-nicht nur ein Hotel Etwas ab vom Trubel rundum Capetown dieses kleinod. Man fühlt sich abgeholt, von Anfang an. Zimmer- Lage und Blick, Restaurant und private Lounge: das Geheimnis sind die netten und hilfreichen Menschen. Man ist bei Freunden: aufgehoben und beachtet. Unfällig exzellent, großartig anders. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit mit dem Owner Ernest zu plaudern , der lüftet das Geheimnis: so Liebt er Gastlichkeit und in allen Tintswalo Resorts wird das gelebt. Einmalig

J'ai réservé suffisamment à l'avance pour booker un massage de couple qui m'a été annulé sans explication au dernier moment par une personne de la réception. Après contact avec la responsable des réservations j'ai quand même réussi à en obtenir deux l'un après l'autre mais on nous a fait perdre du temps. J'avais prévenu que j'avais un appel professionnel important à passer : on m'a assuré que je pourrais avoir une salle calme à disposition : à cause des massages décalés je me suis retrouvée dans un passage bruyant et mon employeur a été relativement agacé par les gesticulations des employés environnants. Je suis végétarienne et quand un restaurant de ce standing n'a que des pâtes à la tomate à proposer en plat si l'on ne souhaite pas commander l'assortiment de 8 tapas c'est un peu dommage. Enfin j'avais prévu (de nouveau) que nous avions un vol assez tôt et que nous aurions tout de même aimé profiter du petit déjeuner à partir de 7h : rien n'était prêt, j'ai du courir après le responsable pour commander un toast et prendre des cafés / croissants à emporter dans un sachet. L'emplacement est néanmoins magique c'est indéniable. Les suites sont très bien aménagées et la décoration d'ensemble est irréprochable. Le personnel est agréable (petites pétales de rose sur le lit pour se faire pardonner) et souriant. De manière générale pour le standing et la réputation de l'établissement je m'attendais à plus d'attention.
