Clean room with a comfortable bed. The location is good for one night traveling through Houston. The breakfast is average. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Room was great breakfast was darn good I will be there again in the future for sure We had a good time. It was close to everything

Rooms were nice and clean. Smart tv had apps like Netflix. Would stay here again.

The hotel was very nice. The problem I had I stop by asked for housekeeping to clean the room, since we were out all day for football. Housekeeping failed to clean the room, we didn’t have any clean towels , trash wasn’t taken out. On top of that the power went out it was cold on lastnight. I was curious why a nice hotel didn’t have a back up generator?

Hello as always staff friendly even Maintenance in the hall way spoke to us .. Nikki at the front desk was helpful in going over the Honors app I didn’t know there was an app . She checked us in with excitement to have us as a guest with genuine care . This hotel never ever ever disappoints this is a must stay hotel . This is our hotel even if where we are traveling is in another area 30 minutes or an hr away we stay at this hotel

Check in was fast and easy. The girl at the counter was polite and welcoming. The area is a bit difficult to navigate and perhaps not too safe at night. The facilities were well kept. It seems it is a fairly new Hotel. It was a quiet stay despite having a wedding going on on the first floor. Not a bad place to stay but safety and small parking are some factors to consider.

Everything was great but I had 2 concerns with my stay. 1st is the mattress was not comfortable. I felt the springs in my back while I slept. They could definitely upgrade the mattresses. 2nd is the closed breakfast 30 minutes early on Sunday with no notice or reason. It would have been nice if we received an email the day before or for them to give a reason for this. It is very inconvenient to the people who particularly look for hotels with breakfast included. Thankfully we got there about 5 min before they decided they would be closing early.

Hotel was very clean including the room, the staff was very curtious and friendly and the breakfast was excellent unlike most Hotel "free" breakfast. This location will definetly be my go to when conducting buisness in the area.

El hotel estaba limpio, habitación, baño. No me gustó el olor que percibí en el lobby del hotel, era un olor raro. El gimnasio estaba bien equipado y limpio. El desayuno me gustó porque tenía más variedad que otros en su tipo. La alberca no estaba tan limpia, tal vez porque pensaron que nadie la usaría ya que corría viento y estaba algo fresco, pero mis hijos sí la usaron; así es que siempre debería estar limpia. En el pasillo había un desperfecto eléctrico en el techo y había unos cables expuestos. También una parte de la fachada lateral estaba quebrada y sin reparar. En general, fue una buena experiencia, me hubiera gustado que el check out fuera a las 12:00 p.m. en lugar de las 11:00 a.m.

We stayed at this hotel to go to an ATV event nearby and have a fun weekend of riding. We stayed at this hotel because we were assured that there was security on site that watches the cameras and does set rounds around the perimeter. We parked the truck with trailer and ATV on the side of building how we were instructed to do. Not even around a hour later it was stolen.

The wheels on my vehicle were stolen! Will stay in a better area in the future.

My husband and I always choose Hampton because they are consistently clean and comfortable. This hotel in particular was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed at. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom amenities are excellent, and there are loads of breakfast options. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. Another excellent stay in the books! Thank you!
