休斯頓市中心萬豪AC飯店(AC Hotel Houston Downtown)

Hotel was right in the middle of everything downtown which was nice. They did not book us in a correct size room and gave us 2 double beds instead of a king, and could not fix it due to being fully booked ( the room next to use had a king bed and was vacant). It was build in 2019, so everything was nice and kept up with. Valet took an hour to get my car while leaving, so my advice is don’t wait until the check out time to leave unless you just want to wait longer. The staff was so friendly! I would book again.

Las instalaciones en general son muy buenas, tiene un diseño muy bonito y elegante y las habitaciones estan limpias y son modernas. Hay que tomar en cuenta que justo en frente pasa el metro, lo cual puede ser muy conveniente para la movilidad a sitios cercanos, sin embargo las personas con sueño ligero pueden encontrarlo molesto durante la noche o a horas muy tempranas de la mañana. El servicio de las personas de la recepción podria ser mejor, para poner un ejemplo, al momento de llegar dejamos el carro con el valet, sin embargo no pudimos pagar via mensaje de texto por que nuestro numero es extranjero, por lo cual los chicos del valet nos comentaron que podíamos pagar en recepción y que cuando necesitaramos el auto, solo llamaramos a recepción y ellos nos ayudarian; al dia siguiente cuando pedimos el auto, la persona de recepcion nos comento que ella no podia ayudarnos y necesitabamos bajar directamente al valet para pedir nuestro carro.

Exactly what my wife and I wanted out of our stay. Clean, classy, and good service. Didn't hear the noise outside like some reviews might mention but we were on the higher levels so maybe that had something to do with it. Would definitely stay again. Loved the design of the room and bathroom.

Hotel was clean, linens and beds comfortable. Bathroom was impeccable. Room wasn't big, but was sufficient for a Houston day trip thay required a night in town. Did all the dining at the Montrose area, which required a car, valet is at 45/ nt. Tries to walk around area outside but decides against it after walking around the block, lots of homelessness and some require mental help. Starbucks in the building.

The bartender and the manager Sara were very fun and made us enjoy our meal at the bar. Could have had some sort of customer service when We needed towels and had to go down to the lobby while staff were hanging out behind the desk on their phones not even paying attention to guests. No room service or any kind of concierges. For the price of the one night stay I expected something better.

absolutely amazing customer service from beginning until the end. Everything in the area wasn’t as vibrant and exciting until 9PM (bars and all)x rooftop bars were close by and overall amazing clean and safe hotel!

It was very unsafe outside. The room I had reserved (and checked in for in advance) was the last one in the hotel and was not AT ALL what was promised. The ice machine didn't work. The room was clean, however. The janitor was kind enough to get some ice for us since we couldn't access other floors to find one that worked. I will never stay at AC again.
