舒適套房飯店-近商業街(Comfort Suites - Near the Galleria)

So we had a reservation booked from 7/5-7/8 we checked in and paid went to our room and within10mins saw roaches in the daylight! We immediately took pictures then went down to talk to the manager on duty - showed him the pics and asked for a refund. He said he would refund us and apologized. Well it’s 11/28 and we still haven’t received our refund. Called ******* to see if they could get our money back since we booked thru them and they said they would call the hotel and get our refund. Well today I get an email saying they will not be refunding us our money per the hotel. I would never stay here or book thru ******* ever again spend a little more money to get quality service! Read the reviews about the roaches I wish I had before booking!

The place was run down. Pipes and fittings were rusty. The toilet was terrible. It was so low to the floor it was almost a squatter. The water level in the toilet was so high it almost touched your bum. For men, it presented an altogether different and disgusting problem. The A/C was noisy. My room fronted Richmond Ave. with light and noise. Travelocity people should have been given inside rooms without the light and noise issues. I would not stay there again.

The breakfast was great. The building was clean. The staff were so nice. The fixtures were a little dated and could use an update but otherwise i dont really have anything to complain about.

They need to reevaluate those that are in charge of cleaning the rooms. I was not happy and found candy stuck on the phone

very good place to stay. also the breakfast really good. the staff also excellence.

Stayed here for two days. Minus the fact that I stayed right off the street with a bar across the street playing music all afternoon and into the night because it was the weekend (thank God for my ear plugs and head phones) I enjoyed my stay and especially the really nice lady in the mornings who was sweet and responsive to my needs!

En nuestra habitación había tecuejos. El hotel en general es viejo. El personal que atendía el desayuno fue muy grosero.
