舒適套房飯店-休斯頓西克萊路

Bueno pero pueden mejorar. Bien, creo que no toman aprecio por los huéspedes en el desayuno. Ahí deben mejorar. Excelente el empleado del lobby que nos recibió a la llegada. Hablaba español/inglés. Considero que deben valorar esa actitud y felicitarle.

Stayed overnight with husband and 2 kids after being in Galveston over the week as our flight home was early. Outside of hotel was sketchy when we first got there, and outside our window was a couple sitting on their truck tailgate listening to music and drinking beer. They were not staying at the hotel. But inside was very nice. Staff was great.

The hotel was good in general. Room in good shape for the family. The breakfast was not. Scarce, really few options and not so well organized and attended. The ammenities as shampoo and soap were not enough. They try to reduce costs on what also matters: be comfortable at the shower and having a decent breakfast.

Hola!!… Desde el registro el personal fue pedante, y cuando requerimos apoyo para la gotera de la tina de baño y el ruido del refrigerador pidiendo cambio de habitación, nos dijo Antonia que tenían lleno el hotel y no podían darnos otro cuarto (el cual fue concedido un día después). Al día siguiente, se presentó David el encargado de mantenimiento, quien golpeó nuestra puerta de una manera intensa para que le abriéramos y se comportó altivo, grosero y agresivo verbalmente… Por seguridad decidimos cambiarnos a otro hotel…. Gracias!!

The amenities are very old and need to be updated. The fridge in the room had a leak, the curtains were ripped, the WIFI kept going out, the hotel key was not working, and the the lights were flickering when you turned them on.

The property is affordable, clean, and comfortable. Would recommend the stay. I’ve stayed at the hotel twice and both times were great.
