Simply way ahead in every respect. From the moment we arrived at this quirky, fundamentally perfect, and quite beautiful destination in Houston we knew we had chosen wisely. The staff are amongst the best I have experienced anywhere in the world and the rooms just utterly gorgeous. No wonder they have a Michelin Key Award - richly deserved. Food served at any time of the day in the Perseid restaurant deserves a Michelin Star in it's own right. Hopefully they'll get it in 2026! Absolutely world class in every respect. Massive congratulations to every single one of the hotel's team. You're so, so, good at what you do. Thank you.

Had a wonderful experience at Hotel Saint Augustine. My wife and I decided to have a staycation for our first wedding anniversary at the property and it was nothing short of absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautiful, staff is exceptional, and the ambiance is inviting. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

A luxury hotel nicely woven into the modern and eclectic neighborhood. Beautiful art, jewelry, and clothes on-site to buy, and a beautifully curated restaurant. Every detail executed with care and class.

So busy trying to be hip they have lost sight of what it means to be a comfortable hotel. Tiny closet, no phone chargers, no coffee in the lobby. Advertise the screened in porch but no screen. No workout room. No real coffee in the room. Etc. etc. And this is their best suite!

From start to finish, the experience at the new Hotel Saint Augustine was incredible. Juston, the valet attendant, was welcoming and guided me directly to the lounge. The space is simply stunning, with exquisite details that elevate the ambiance. Megan crafted the perfect latte, adding a personal touch to an already fantastic visit. I’m eager to return when the restaurant opens. Highly recommend stopping by—you’ll be impressed!

Hotel is beautiful and well located for what I needed for the trip. Closed to the museum area. People is friendly. Some comments: service need to improve. Cleaning is very bad, lights in the room were not working 2 days which I had to report. Toilettes in the common area ( lobby and restaurant) were discustingly dirty ( 3 times I entered). There was a very strong noise like a generator for many hours. Restaurant services were not always good ( I had to wait for 1 hour for my food without clear explanation on what happened).
