From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a welcoming smile from Miss Deborah at the front desk. She checked me in efficiently and asked if I needed anything, assuring me to let them know if I did. The next day, after returning from work, I met the housekeeping manager, Kristopher. He assured me that they are there to assist in any way possible, no matter how big or small, I had to check out after 18 days to go home, and Kristopher was there to assist me. He went above and beyond, and his staff was amazing. Another front desk person, Ashlyn, was very professional and communicated very well. If I ever have to stay anywhere again, this would be the first place I would select. The hotel was always clean, the breakfast hot and wonderful. No complaints of noise the entire stay. Perfect for families or business.
I checked in digitally. Chose a room. Then got a message on my Hilton app to stop at the front desk. I did. Checked in and they put me in a larger room. That was nice, BUT, they also charged me an additional $100.00. I went upstairs and checked my app again, looking for a digital key and noticed I was overcharged compared to my reservation. So I pulled up the confirmation email and went back downstairs. Vicento changed the rate to match my original rate. I travel for my job and get approval for reimbursement on hotel expenses before I arrive to the hotel. When the hotel changes the rate or adds fees not on the reservation, it messes with my ability to get reimbursed and sadly takes time to resolve. When I checked out 4 days later, they included a parking fee which isn't a lot, but unnecessary as this is a suburban hotel. The Courtyard next door charges the same parking fee, but the Residence Inn across the street doesn't. I never saw a security guy in the lot. I saw a review of 2 cars with wheels stolen and left on blocks in their parking lot. Had Hilton just been upfront with me, I would have left my car at work down the street and hitched a ride; which most nights, a coworker drove me to dinner and other places anyway. This hotel can do better. Be transparent. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was just ok, despite very nice guys who work in the breakfast area. Just wished the food tasted better. I did not use the gym, but it looked ok. I did not use the laundry, but it looked ok too. Housekeeping left only decaf coffee with the coffee maker. Luckily, there is a Starbucks right down the street (within walking distance). This is a good hotel, but not in a prime location - and not worth a parking fee. There was a homeless guy living in his car in the parking lot under my window. Not sure why I had to pay for him to stay there. One night, he was up late (until 2 or 3am) cleaning out his car with the radio on. I should have photographed him. I'm going to try this hotel again, but I don't feel confident as I make the reservation. Come on Hilton. It felt like you changed my room rate to make a few extra dollars. If you book here, keep a copy of your reservation showing a breakdown of the room rate. No need to be surprised. If you don't like paying to park overnight in a lot with a homeless guy living there, then leave your car elsewhere and Uber it.
Let me count the ways , rooms are small as hell not like the one in Rosenberg Texas their alot bigger then the ones here, and barely any towels and their so small and the pillows flat, no laundry to wash nor dry that was a lie, no breakfast not even a bag breakfast that was a lie, the ice machine doesn't work , they have a sofa machine that doesn't take change but gives out change that doesn't work downstairs but has no sign that tells u that, then theirs no person hardly ever works at the desk been their 3 times and noone ever their smfh ,when their is she acts like she don't want to work she is to busy beening on her phone, halls smell like Mary Jane constantly when u tell her she acts like oh well just like the ice machine oh well , when u go outside the side doors u can't get back in the card key doesn't work so if u want back in the same way u came u better put something their to hold the door open so u can, smdh ! Only thing that was nice to look at was the blue pool not heated , Not a place I would ever stay at again rather go to the one in Rosenberg at least every thing works their and coffee any time u want it not just for breakfast either!!!! I won't be back , u can believe that!!
This hotel was so noisy and to top it off I got woken up out my sleep at 5am because my card didn’t go through , then when she got frustrated at the fact I wouldn’t allow her to charge my card because she was trying to charge me for something I already paid for. My reservation was prepaid!!!! I will never do business here again very unprofessional, and it was my wedding anniversary and I will definitely say this was distasteful ! Housekeepers are noisy when cleaning rooms, and kept knocking on my door all weekend smh

Nestled in a residential area, its location was incredibly convenient, offering a tranquil retreat just a bike ride away from the city center—less than 10 minutes to be exact. This made for peaceful nights, ensuring a restful sleep in a safe environment.
The hostel is run by a delightful couple whose hospitality knew no bounds. They were not only eager to assist with any issues that arose but also went above and beyond by providing bicycles. This thoughtful touch significantly enhanced my mobility around Houston, allowing me to reach various destinations swiftly.
What set this hostel apart was the attention to detail and the array of complimentary amenities, including cookies, milk, cereal, coffee, and tea. The cleanliness and smart technology throughout the house contributed to a seamless stay, making it the best hostel experience I've ever had. The bathroom towels folded into swan shapes were a testament to the owners' dedication to detail, adding a touch of elegance and care.
The warmth of the place was akin to being at home, with the owners always ready for a chat, eager to answer questions, and share their stories and experiences. A highlight for me was the world map on the living room wall, where guests could pin their home countries—a fun and interactive way to connect with fellow travelers.
In summary, this hostel was more than just a place to stay; it felt like a home, or perhaps more accurately, a homestay. It's undoubtedly the best hostel I've ever stayed in globally, blending the comfort of a home with the adventurous spirit of a hostel.
Wanted a close getaway for the night someplace to relax with a pool, I was not disappointed at all!! Had a great time the room was clean and nice and cool when we checked in, it also had a nice little fridge and microwave ❤️we headed straight for the pool, and enjoyed the pool the entire evening!! It was amazing ❤️ The front desk hostess Jessica was amazing, when I arrived she was helping multiple guests with their needs and she was still able to welcome me in with my needs as well...she was great!!! I will definitely return next time I need a stay away ❤️ and the food trucks near by were amazing as well, we didn't have to drive to go anywhere, and that's just what we were looking for. Very satisfied 😊

These rooms were confirmed for weeks before. They never called or emailed until that they oversold. I literally called when I was in my rental letting them know I was on the way, and they told me sorry I will need to call another hotel because they over booked. Why they gave someone both if our double rooms, I don't know??? I explained that is unacceptable. Here are photos of the rooms they sent put us in due to their inconsideration. Nasty just nasty. Mold, Hair, dirty, ran down. They finally sent a cancellation email after we showed up for our reservation. Austin Gerdes the Assistant is the general manager that gave away our rooms and he wouldn't return any calls. I felt bad for the poor lady on duty trying to clean up his mess. She gave him my number over the phone but he never called. How inconsiderate. This is a business trip and they started it off as a nightmare. Horrible practice and damaging to Marriot's reputation.
