Einfach perfekt geeignet für eine Zwischenübernachtung vor/nach Dover Fähre. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der A20 ganz allein und im Grünen. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, sehr groß, die Betten super und alles sauber. Wir hatten den Premier Inn Meal Deal gebucht, das war echt klasse. Das Restaurant ist direkt nebenan und der Preis von 28 GBP mit unlimited cooked und continental Frühstück sowie Abendessen mit 2 Gängen von der Karte mit einem Freigetränk (z.B. auch Hauswein) für englische Verhältnisse spitze und auch sehr lecker, Ambiente gemütlich, Personal sehr freundlich. Zur Sicherheit am besten Tisch reservieren. Entfernung zur Fähre gerade mal 10 Minuten. Würden wir immer wieder buchen.

Good location for Dover/Dover Castle, approx 10 mins to both the town centre & Castle. Rooms were comfortable & clean, beds very comfy. Slight road noise but didn’t bother us. If I was being picky the bathroom could do with some cosmetic repairs (peeling paint in places) Overall a good visit & wed stay again if in the area.

Stayed here 1 night before the ferry. Good things first, the staff are friendly and it has a good car park. Our room smelt damp, and looked tired and tatty. The sink was blocking and couldn't be cleared . The room was stuffy and hot even with the window open. Carpets, painting and maintenance all showing worn out tiredness. Needs a major refurb as is not up to the usual Premier Inn standard.

As we were having Christmas Dinner at the Beefeater next door, we decided to book a night at the Premier Inn so we could drink and fully relax rather than drive home. Arrived 35 minutes earlier than the prescribed checkin and they wanted to charge £10 for early checkin. I said that “it’s Christmas Day and you seriously want to charge us £10 for 35 minutes” to which the sullen young member of staff, who clearly didn’t want to be there, just shrugged and said “yep” Really not a pleasant welcome and put a bit of a downer on what was otherwise a nice day, Clearly no Christmas Spirit at Premier Inn.

I always use Premier Inn as you know what you get - normally, however this was the worst premier inn room I have ever stayed in. Obviously I only saw my room but it was severely dated and in need of refurbishment. Cleanliness of the bathroom and bedroom could also have been a lot better. Wi-Fi kept dropping off! Thin floors and doors banging ... add that with the traffic noise from the A20 and you just wont sleep. Spoke to the manager but just seemed uninterested. There must surely be better hotels in the area! AVOID!

Room was filthy with hairs all over the top sheet on my bed, debris, hairs all over the carpet. Smeared mirror. Cobwebs everywhere and two bugs shared the room with me a cockroach and not sure of the other.....sleepless night thinking about bugs etc
