We arrived at about 9:00 Pm after four hours of delays. It took thirty minutes to check in. We asked for extra towels after my wife showered as the shower door leaked water all over the floor. We were told that as staff had gone home, we would have to come down and get them our selves (it was about 10:30 pm). The HVAC sounds like a jet liner. We requested a room change due to the loud hvac and got down grounded to a room on a lower level with the same hvac system! As we are good members we have access to a lounge with free food and non alcoholic beverages - it took three tries to get our keys formatted to access to what we paid for. We will never ever stay at this hotel again.
The hotel staff was not the friendliest, not rude but not upbeat or happy. Seamed to be invested in themselves rather than making their clients stay amazing. This hotel could definitely pay more attention to customer service and serving their customers. After all without us you would not be here. So now let’s get into some of the nitty gritty, upon arriving, as a Diamond Member the app says I get water and a snack, neither were given and the front staff says this hotel does not do this. What… every other hotel I go to does this! But okay thanks. Go to my room and see fingerprints all over the room. Mostly around and on light switches and bathroom counter. I informed the front desk and they just said that all their rooms are cleaned to the Hilton standards. I totally disagree because all I stay in is Hiltons. Then I find out that the pool is being cleaned, I think great at least they are cleaning something but then the front staff tells me it has been closed for cleaning for the last three weeks and has no idea when it will be done. I am from Canada and I do not carry any cash on me, wanted to do laundry and the staff could not charge a $1 to my room so I could do my dirty laundry, so I asked one of my American friends staying at the same hotel if they could lend me $1. I do my laundry and the washer does not drain fully or spin fast enough because the clothes came out soaking wet. I put them into the dryer and as course stall came out dripping. Talked with the front staff and told him. To my surprise all he said was “okay” and walked away. I feel a little compassion or offering me $.50 to put my clothes in the dryer one more time would go a long way. I stayed here for a week and the week before their sister hotel across the lot (owned by the same people) and saw and experienced many moments that made me think to myself “thats not right”. Will definitely give this hotel a lot of social media exposure in a negative way. Will never come back here until I know the whole staff including the man in the back office take some customer service basic training.
The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The issue was that our room was not clean. We arrived very late after flying in from out of state. The first issue was when I pulled back the comforter there was a hair on the top sheet. In the bathroom there was dried urine around the toilet base. There was hair in the shower floor. The carpet was matted. I let the front desk know and asked for the room to be cleaned. When we returned there was still dried urine around the toilet and a dirty/used washcloth hanging over the shower door. Another lesser issue was that there were stairs on both sides and front of the building so you had to drive up and drop off luggage and then go park.

The only thing that was NOT cool was the large shamrock food truck that was delivering stuff at 6 am being loud as hell. Maybe consider having delivery’s like that not so close to the rooms and that early. Otherwise amazing hotel!! Highly recommend
Starting with the positive, there were no signs of bed bugs. Plenty of other bugs made their way into my room most probably because of the outside doors. This is a bare bones accommodation, no mattress cover or mattress pad, small square pillows (shake out and look for bugs 1st). Towels and wash cloths are paper thin. While there is evidence of somewhat recent paint the entire room needed a deep cleaning. Baseboards, outlet covers shelves, corners, etc. Also, there was no phone, iron or ironing board in my room. I did tell the office staff and hopefully they took care of that when I left. Friendly staff but it looks like corporate is not investing money in this location. Disappointing stay especially since I have stayed at other Extended Stay in the past. I was in town for a funeral and family and needed to be close otherwise I would have moved.
