Located on two floors with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, the general living area with an additional bathroom, 2 bedrooms, gourmet chef's kitchen, and laundry room are on the mainfloor. With a private backyard and deck, you can be in the middle of the action while keeping your complete privacy. Guests have access to the entire property except the detached garage. May make full use of the driveway or any available on street parking. We are hands off, but always available for questions, concerns, and recommendations! 10 minute walk to campus, 1 minute walk to groceries, 4 minute walk to a park with a playground. 45 minutes to the scenic Oregon Coast, 10 minutes from breweries, wineries, and cider/mead houses. 30 minutes from Oregon wine country. Walking is the easiest way to get around this neighborhood, and the house is close enough to campus to walk so as to avoid the hassle of parking. A public bus also runs less than a block away.
