The house has 2 bedrooms with full-size beds, living room with a sleeper sofa, loft area with 3 twin beds, 1 bathroom with shower and claw foot tub, towels and linens provided, fully-furnished kitchen, microwave, modern oven, and fridge. Cook your meals on the stove or on the campfire! The Douglas Place is adjacent to 3000+ acres of PA State Forest Land, perfect for hunting, fishing or other Armenia Mountain adventures such as hiking/walking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, and photography. Unplug, sit on the porch, light a fire in the pit, and breathe in the simple life of Armenia Mountain. Watch wildlife, admire the stars in the dark skies, hear the songbirds, and pick a wildflower bouquet. Or enjoy our high-speed internet in peace!Take day trips to Mt. Pisgah State Park, the PA Grand Canyon, Pumpkin Festival, Leroy Heritage Museum, Troy Fair, the Little League World Series in Williamsport, and the Finger Lakes region. We farm field crops, vegetables, goats, pigs, chickens, grass-fed beef--we believe in eating local. Farm experiences and farm to table meals are available for an additional fee!
