弗羅茨瓦夫有浴缸的飯店

We stayed here for 3 nights and were treated like royalty. The decor, furnishings, bedding, toiletries etc are of the highest quality. The tram stops were 20m from the hotel. The staff were super friendly, smiley, happy, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Congratulations to All...we hope to return again!

看完了樂斯拉夫舊城區的小矮人們之後,我們的旅遊團隊回到這家酒店休息~ 大堂的裝修明亮寬敞,色彩鮮豔, 房間空間還可以,被褥、床墊、枕頭都很舒適, 房間沒有供應瓶裝水,有需要得自行拿空的水瓶到電梯口的飲水機取水, 有煮水壺,有冰箱,有WI-FI(還算順暢), 早餐豐盛,麵包種類多樣,還有鬆餅機可以自製鬆餅,蜂蜜是存天然的,好吃! 也有果菜榨汁機,很棒的早餐,大家都吃得很開心~~ 住宿了一晚,等到要離開時,朋友們發現~~酒店門口也有小矮人呢~~哈哈!!

很棒的餐廳，雖然早餐已經很標準了。 SPA的愉快部分。最大的失望-房間的清潔度（灰塵）和窗帘上的破洞，碎玻璃。太黑了！

最近在波蘭出差,在這裏住了三個晚上。這家旅館坐落在市中心,但距離不遠,晚上不會吵。早餐自助餐沒有很大的選擇,但可以從菜單上點額外的。房間非常寬敞,浴室乾淨現代。我洗了一個角落的澡,不確定所有房間是否都一樣。物有所值,工作人員英語說得好(比我有限的波蘭語更好)肯定會推薦

服務一般，關鍵是攜程搞錯了，少訂一間房。還好，很快解決了

I was in this hotel twice on a business trip and the first time everything was fine, but the second time I forgot some documents in the room and wrote an email to the reception, but there was a great reluctance on their part to send these documents to me. They told me to order a courier and since then they have not answered my email. I do not recommend this hotel, because of the unwillingness of the staff. In Wroclaw are a lot of better hotels.

The best panorama of the city, we had amazing time in this hotel while visiting the city with beautiful panorama view of the city from our room, close to everything only walking distance to the old town, the staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. Highly recommended hotel to stay in when you visit Wroclaw.

We stayed at the Art hotel for 2 nights. We were on the top floor and the A/C was not working on this floor, which was unfortunate because we stayed during the summer heatwave. Based on what the receptionist said and other reviewers, it is a known issue of the hotel. They said someone could bring us a fan, but they did not come (at least whilst we were still in the room). Our room was quite dated, on the reviewer photos it looks like some have been modernized, but this wasn’t the case for ours. We enjoyed the nespresso machine and the pillow selection. We were offered a 15% discount or free breakfast for the A/C issue, which we accepted (thank you), but overall our stay was less comfortable than we had hoped. I would not rely on this hotel if you would like to come back to a cool room with A/C in summer months.
