We booked a long weekend at Pedregal since we needed a few days off to recharge. I had read reviews prior to booking, which were fantastic, and I can say our expectations were met and exceeded. The resort itself is beautiful and the food amazing, but the real standout was the service by anyone and everyone we met. Our concierge Rey was available at all times and assisted with booking all our dinner and experience reservations, which made the trip that much more relaxing. The staff at the pool always seemed to come by right when you needed them to. We had a great Mezcal tasting with Heberto at the Agave study and a wonderful time sipping on bubbles at the Champagne hut with a gentleman (apologies I forgot his name) that was really informed about wine in general, but also had great recommendations. We had dinner at sunset at El Farallon which was magical and delicious. We also enjoyed the taco tasting menu at Travesia Su Cucina, it was fantastic. The tacos and pairings blew us away. The breakfast buffet spread was plentiful and the seafood at the crudo bar was always fresh. Since we were only there for three nights we ate at the resort the entire time and were not disappointed. One of our favorite things was the daily chip/beer delivery to our room in the early evening. It was the perfect happy hour to tie us over to dinner. Overall a wonderful resort with even better staff. We will be back!

Perfect location and friendly staff. We recently stayed for a week with a party of 12. The rooms are a little older, but the grounds are pristine. The food was also pretty good. Lots of activities, and good drinks. Concierges Adrian and Dago really make things easy and regularly checked on us making sure we got i to the shuttle for our activities and checked in at the right place for the boat. The resort really cares about safety too. My father-in-law left his bag in a taxi and because they track who comes and goes, they were able to find the taxi driver and we got his bag back. We were also celebrating graduations, and Anniversary and birthdays and they went the extra mile to make everyone feel special. You can also travel in a free shuttle between their properties to enjoy the amenities at each. All Inclusive is the way to go here. ❤️ The brackets now also serve as a Room key. That was nice.

I wanted to give a shoutout to the crew at Grand Solmar. We've been 15 times over the years, and it's always a great experience. For us it all starts with Manny! He's been there since day one, and he's family to us. His team of guys Daniel, Gilberto, Jairo, Saul, and all the rest are THE BEST! We came with 11 people this time, and everyone was thrilled with how we were treated. Food was great! Everything was awesome. Can't wait to come back.
