Had 2 stays here, one for 2 nights, and after visiting Kutaisi we spent another night here. The location was great, with easy access to Metro and bus station (#337 heads directly to airport). Holy Trinity Cathedral was around 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and other scenic spots is also within walk distance. Also noticed the guidebook in the room which provides useful information about the attractions nereby. Staffs here are always professional and ready to help, especially Giorgi, Lika and Miriam (sorry if I got her name wrong) who gave us a warm welcome and supported us during our stay here. Feel like being at home and really made me and my parents enjoyed our stay at Tbilisi. Would love to come back in the future!
訪訪客We had two days to explore Tbilisi at the end of a ski trip at Gudauri. Shota Rustavelli is next door to parliament and a short walk to the old town. In the lower floors of a beautiful apartment block, the hotel offers large elegant rooms (we were upgraded) with very comfortable beds, marble bathrooms and lovely finishes. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, helpful and recommended two great Georgian restaurants. The bar areas are pleasant and there is a large pool and small gym in the basement
Very nice contemporary hotel, about 20 minutes walk into the centre of Tbilisi. Quieter location than in the centre of town. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The carpet in the bedroom was stained and marked. (They said the carpets will be changed in a months time, hope so...), badly needed for this quality of hotel. There was no shower curtain so the bathroom floor gets soaking...... The hotel, is in general due for renovation. Apart from the shower and stained carpets a very comfortable stay.
Firstly, when we arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM on 5th Aug, the twin rooms were not ready, and we had to wait for an hour. Secondly, the toilet doors in both rooms had no locks. When we inquired at the reception, we were told that throughout Georgia toilets don’t have locks, which was quite substandard. Additionally, the kettle in one of the rooms was not working. The bedding was not changed daily; when we returned to the hotel late at night, the sheets were still in the same wrinkled condition. Lastly, the staff at the hotel were not welcoming at all. They would either put on hold and not respond or never call back. We just put up with all the issues as it was booked by Holiday-factory and cancellation would cost us a lot.
訪訪客This renovated soviet fabric factory is a perfect place to relax in Tbilisi. With its industrial feel, there are relaxed open spaces with sofas and carpet and places to sit and chat or catch up on work. The rooms are super-clean and spacious and stylishly fitted out with comfy beds and excellent showers. And the young staff are happy to help sort out any problem. Outside, the courtyard is buzzing with cafes, bars and restaurants making it a great place to relax from the frenzy of the city.
Very bad service, language is a problem, staff very impolite , they don’t know the basics of hospitality, very limited English speaking staff, no milk being provided for making tea we requested for milk to the front office the lady at the front office flatly refused, we had booked a three bed room gave us a tiny room with an extra bed on discussing they told us to take an extra room which we had to by pay in them extra cost but after discussing with our travel agent they relented and gave us a three bed room , vegetarians please avoid as no vegetarian option at breakfast you would be served rice and boiled vegetables, sorry but this was a mistake to have booked this hotel spoilt our good vacation, advice please stay away from brim .
The hotel, food and service was just ok. Though it's mentioned that it's five star property, the facilities don't match any five star standards. Only good thing was that the room was very spacious. Recommend this hotel for a short stay only.
