經典飯店(La Classic- Attibele, Hosur)

The hotel has a nice lobby, bar and a small store for souvenirs. At the reception there is a capable staff, his name is Ashok,he was very helpful, checkout was easy and fast. The room was big enough, the beds were very comfortable. It is advisable to choose a room to the back as it is very noisy from the highway. Room service was adequate, cleanliness in the bathroom could be improved (greasy hinges in the shower, worn out fixtures). Air, or moisture and odor extractor in bathroom did not work. Power failure several times a day. Very positive was that we got enough water bottles in the room every day. The equipment in the gym is old and not fit for purpose, very unfortunate! The spa area was not inviting, looked unkempt and is probably getting on in years. Around the pool a few loungers, seating at uninviting tables (would have to be replaced urgently). Restaurant: Breakfast is sufficient, the staff friendly and eager, unfortunately lacks cleanliness and trained service staff. The presentation of the buffet leaves much to be desired. It was nice that they prepared a dish especially for us in the evening that was not so spicy. A NO GO: Wifi was insufficient, not acceptable for a business hotel. All efforts on the part of the hotel were unsuccessful. Even IT-staff could not fix it. Hotel hosts business and social events. Can not judge about service in this case. Overall, this place lacks good ***agement, trained staff and maintenance in all areas.

All staff behaviour good except Deepak travel Desk, Deepak behaviour worst for guest, Deepak please never ask why come hear,where come from, why you leave last hotel and don't focus on last hotel. Reception, restaurant and laundry great service, We suffer in travel Desk only.

I travel here on business twice a month. This hotel has not disappointed me even once. It's close to the industrial Hub of Hosur, while also being within the limits of Bangalore. For a hotel in this price range, the service is unparalleled

Good location for business….but not for social. Hotel is 2 star at most….needs renovation desperately. Plus room keys need to be re-programmed daily! Buffet food in restaurant is great. Swimming pool is only 4’ deep….so for kids only. Gym poor….broken machines and limited equipment.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always ready to greet you with a smile and assist you in any way they can. Nice spacious rooms with working desk, best for people staying for work purpose. Facilities like pool, spa and walkway for your evening walks on fresh cut grass.

Such a great day we had its my bday today Came to restaurant for a long way .... Even the restaurant is closed Mr.Purushodha*** full filled our needs .... Thank you so much Mr. Purushodha*** for a great hospitality ....❤️

Purusotha*** service when ever I come to bar with my colleagues and friends there he used to give a pleasant service . Very friendly and polite person. He makes my day . When I came here first time I was double minded to come again but after having the pleasant time at there we became regular customers to there . Thanks for making us happy

Had visited place and had good experience. Very good service by Purushotham. Good place to visit on the way between karnataka to Tamil Nadu border. Good food. Good facilities. Good courteous staffs. Overall a good experience.
