「優秀的酒店,對我們的要求來說是個好地方。我們晚上在那裏吃飯,食物對我們支付的價格來說很好。早上的早餐是優秀的,種類繁多的物品可供選擇。總的來說對酒店很滿意。工作人員也很樂於助人。」

「應該是當地最好的酒店之一。因為新建，設施都比較新。早餐以英國的標準來説還是比較豐富的。位置雖然不是市中心，但停車也方便。以當地標準而言確實不錯。以世界標準而言那就是馬馬虎虎。服務人員態度參差不齊，有很熱情的，也有很冷漠的。」

「Lovely staff and great hotel location for anyone that’s a bit more car centric. Despite not using the on site facilities as much, the staff were lovely, friendly & helpful at any hour. The room was spotlessly clean, and had decent basic amenities, but the room I stayed in was starting to look a little tired. Decent value for money however, especially for the time of the year & a weekend.」

「So I went there on Thursday 18th- Sunday 21st January. Myself and my husband got there and was greeted very politely by a lovely lady at the reception. We got to the room and was happy with everything. The only downside to the hotel is they don’t have dining services but there is a spoons next door. The staff are delightful and especially to the lady on Thursday (I can’t remember her name) and the 2 receptionists working on Thursday night :)」

「Friendly, lovely fresh breakfast in the morning made to feel very welcome live music in the bar on a Saturday night great blue blues band you could hear the bang quite clearly in the room but we were so tired. It didn’t matter if I hadn’t had my daughter I would’ve gone down and enjoyed the music.」

「I checked in at 3pm and the air conditioner did not work it was like a warm hairdryer. The temperature was 28c inside the room it was very hot a heat wave that day. I went down stairs and the reception was empty. I had to wait for 15 mins then some one called raman eventually turned up and was uninterested to say the least. She told me that it could be controlled from behind the bar or something like that but that is not true. I had to ask again 3 hours later this time she got some boy to come out from behind the bar to claim he had a control of all the air conditioners in the hotel. Why the lies, after emailing trip .com they admitted the AC was faulty and I moved to another room. It was trip.com who helped me not the disinterested staff why didnt they move me the first time. Not impressed.」
