Homewood Suites by Hilton Horsham Willow Grove

Enjoyed the pool, place is very big but a bit on the older side, bo daily housekeeping service unless asked, and also not much amenity such as no slipper no body wash etc.

We were disappointed in a few things. We wanted to watch the TV. We were sitting on the uncomfortable sofa. The TV does not turn enough for you to be able to view it. Even from the bed the TV does not turn enough to be able to view it. The next morning I went to take my shower. The water pressure was really bad. It took forever to get my shampoo out of my hair. So for these reasons we would not choose to come back. They seem like little things. However when you are traveling——the little things matter.

Me and my Family LOVE staying here! Delicious breakfast with turkey products! Staff are awesome! But PLEASE fix the Ms. Pac Man machine, PLEASE!

Great hotel. Clean. Big space. Breakfast was nice. Only thing I wish was the pool would be heated or even slightly warm, the water was freezing. Overall, great hotel and I would definitely stay again

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Walmart and a few restaurants were within walking distance.

We especially liked the check in and checkout process with our phone.

I love this hotel! This was our 2nd stay. We checked in around 3:00pm on Saturday, 8/12. The woman at the front desk was very warm, friendly and efficient. The kitchen in our suite was well equipped. The only complaint was that the cord on the iron was short! Comfy bed & nice towels. We’ll be back!

Very clean facilities. Staff was attentive and friendly. The suites are a nice size and the beds were comfortable.

Loved the room we stayed in; bed linen could have been fresher but overall was a very comfy room. Hotel staff were nice, front desk staff were great! Enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the ambience.
