蓋特威克城堡住宿加早餐旅館

Nous avions réservé une grande chambre ( 2 grands lits et 1 futon)env 30 m2 pour 5 Adultes pour la nuit du 27 au 28 Février. Résultat une seule chambre env 20m2 avec deux lits et 2 serviettes.( Voir photo) Le gérant nous a dit que c'était comme ça et que c'était pas son problème !! On a dû négocier pour avoir une deuxième chambre avec une remise !!! Le gérant nous a fait payer 24 livres en plus en liquide lors de notre arrivée, sans explication de sa part !!!!

Good communication and friendly owners. Beds and bathroom very clean. Competitive prices and great value for leaving your car while away. Would recommend and will be back. Left to early for breakfast so can’t comment on that. It’s not the Hilton but it definitely is a 5 star 3 star b&b. Thankyou xx

Ignore the bad reviews!!!! We stayed here for the night after leaving our car for a fortnights parking on our return from a long flight back from Goa. Great location just 2mins walk to pubs and restaurants. Lovely clean room with tv, Wi-Fi, tea/coffees making facilities. Great shower room, asked for ground floor and got given this. We left not wanting breakfast but it was busy with guests and looked and smelt good. We have stayed in a few b&b down Massetts Road in the past, this is the only one for us now. Great taxi service to and from the airport from the owners and great general service.

Wooooow , Stayed here with 2 pals for 1 night as we were getting a flight the next day from Gatwick airport. We had just came back from a hostel in Madrid and it was a far cleaner place than here. we stayed b&b , Room was dirty , breakfast tables were full of old cups & plates , hot orange juice, hot milk , toaster has never been cleaned , food crumbs all over the floor ( which looked like it had been there for a while ) I could really go on and on . Mold / damp in the room the dust and dirt is just unbelievable. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Terrible. The place was full when we turned up. The owner and his wife were both incredibly rude and implied that it was our fault! I was able to provide emails clearly confirming the booking. They both tried lying their way out of the situation and repeatedly spoke to us like dirt. He ended up putting us in a friend’s B&B which he claimed was “very nice”. It was a complete dump, with peeling plasterwork and dirty. Don’t stay with these people - they are only interested in taking your money.

We booked this B&B for our last night on holiday to be close to the airport. The Price was very competitive and we did not expect the quality of service, accomodation and included breakfast we actually experienced. We were three people traveling together and stayed in the 3-bedroom penthouse on the second floor. The room was functional and Everything was in pritine order, including TV, shower and tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast a simple, self-service Continental one but OK. It should be noted that if you bring a car they charge you 5£ a night for parking. They also offer rides to and from the airport which is virtually only 8 mins. drive from Gatwick’s North terminal. The building itself is quite charming, well mailtained and has a quiet yet central location 3 mins walk from Horley’s main shopping street with lots of shops and places to eat. A very good base for arriving in or leaving from Gatwick with flexible hours of check-in from 12 noon and checkout at 11 am. And a good alternative to the often sterile airport hotels.
