In the backyard, you’ll find a covered porch with comfortable seating, a dining table for 8, a Weber propane grill, and a hot tub for relaxing after a day on the lake. The spacious grassy area is perfect for playing various backyard games that we’ve provided for some extra fun! Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee. Hot Tub Maintenance Schedule: To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, our pool and hot tub are professionally serviced on a weekly schedule. Monthly Stays: A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay. Cleaning during your Monthly Stay: For stays over 30 days, a monthly clean will be required which will be coordinated after booking. Monthly cleans will be additional and billed through your booking platform. Littles should be closely supervised at all times while in the backyard. The hot tub has a cover, but children should be watched when near it or outdoors. The upper terrace is equipped with a railing, but there are gaps that are not safe for small children.
