Baymont by Wyndham South Holland

El hotel está en reparación. Los alrededores muy feos. La habitación bien. Para dormir una noche estuvo bien.

The property was under construction and for ice I had to go to the third floor. The breakfast was a couple of muffins and a yogurt, very sad. Room was good but the noise on the second floor was unexceptable. I will not stay there again.

rooms being..sold while property is under. .renovation, bathroom sink faucets broken, plaster looks like it was esten by mice, rude staff, poor communication between ******* and hotel. resulting in long wait time to.check in

I expected the property to read Baymont but instead, it read Clarion Inn. We went in a circle looking for Baymont Inn. When I realized I had the right address, I went inside to a hotel under construction, but open for business!, I was told it was the Baymont hotel. Before I registered I asked to see my room. It was a nice size and okay except we could not close the curtain to make the room dark. Additionally, the amenities were not available - pool was closed, no exercise room - was being upgraded. Coming in from a storm and being very tired I accepted the room because I had an early morning funeral. Under normal circumstances, I would not have,

It was very false advertising. The pool didn’t work the hotel was dirty and under construction the ice machines and work the towels was awful and dirty. They only gave me two towels, no breakfast no coffee very bad experience.

The whole place is getting emissary. All the new furniture is stacked in the lobby. The pool is closed. There is no breakfast available. None of the amenities that were advertised were available. The view was of a field of deadness. It's very hard to get to if you are not familiar with area. The staff was dismissive and unapologetic.

They are under construction. I couldn't enter the side door and the pool was unavailable. The staff was A1. I would visit again after the construction is complete.

Was disappointed I booked it because said had indoor pool but everything was closed down.

This place had false advertisement. It was under complete construction unsafe! The pool was closed. They didn't want to return my money and ******* didn't either! I had to go back and forth for almost 2 hours. The manager wouldn't answer the phone ******* lied said they spoke to the manager but the manager wasn't answering the phone for no one it was the worse experience of my life glad I wasn't to far from my home. I would never deal with either company again.
