Clean room great staff

Was able to get clean room at last minute

When we checked in, I couldn’t hear anything the clerk was saying behind the large piece of plexiglass and the two women in the lobby talking loudly enough for people outside to hear them and their plans for getting high. The facility is none smoking but wreaked of **** and Pinesol—gross. Once in the room, we could hear the people in the next door talking and the people outside in the parking lot yelling (late into the night and at 6am). Our bathroom door had a hole in it and wouldn’t close. The “breakfast” consisted of white bread, coffee (no cream or sugar), and frosted flake or raisin bread. Less than impressed. I wasn’t expecting a lot for the price, but the noise and smell were just too much.

Cigarettes butts outside, people smoking by the entrance, trash in parking lot. No elevator. Otherwise, very good stay.

The room was clean and it had a nice shower. There was next to nothing for breakfast. There were a couple of cereals and some bread for toast. I'm not sure if it was just picked over from people who there earlier for breakfast or not.

Early morning clerk was very accommodating but check in clerk was a bit aggravated and not too accommodating when asked questions about checking in and payment

Staff was super friendly. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. The only issues were the luggage carts. Both of them need new wheels. Very hard to push and steer when loaded with luggage. The tub could use some new caulking and a plug if you want to take a bath instead of a shower. The properties around the property look run down, but the hotel is really nice and rooms are really comfortable. Looks like they recently remodeled possibly.

Everything was beautiful the staff was so nice tge whole hotel was clean and smelling fresh that mean housekeeping doing there job...i would definitely come back and get another room here.
