The property has off-street parking for 3 cars.The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large island. The kitchen is open to the dining room and the living room. There is also a full bath, and a bedroom with a queen size bed. In addition, there is a separated mudroom with washer and dryer. The second floor has another full bath and two large bedrooms, each with its own thermostats. One bedroom includes a king bed, and a convertible couch that folds out to a twin bed. The other bedroom includes a queen bed. All bedding, linens, and towels are provided.The basement is finished, air-conditioned, and has a sitting area with a large SMART TV, and an extra refrigerator. Off the dining room, step out to the sunny patio with a gas grill and outdoor furniture. There is also a new shed to keep any bikes, or items you may want to lock up outside. In addition, there is a big outdoor shower to use as you wish.Beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, ice packs, and beach towels are included in the rental.This is literally a brand new property, completed in 2020.
