Location is on a quiet, private 35 acre lake with direct access to the waterfront. Privacy and Technology Policy: House includes additional security including remote keyless entry, video doorbell in case of trouble getting in. The driveway has a motion sensing flood light and camera to support late night check-in. Mechanical room in basement is generally considered off limits unless in contact with host.
