With a brand new queen sized "Purple" mattress, unit sleeps 2 comfortably in the queen sized bed. We personally bring our toddler and dog, but it gets tight. :)Stay in and use kitchen to cook or choose to leave the low maintenance condo for a fun night out.Guest accessKeypad on door for seamless entry. We will send you the code prior to check in on the day of check in.Access to (2) hot tubs, (2) pools and sauna during on season. One of the sites within 500ft/walking distance of unit, the other within 1 mile if wanting something different. Typical summer season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day for amenities. Winter season is typically based on the ski hill being open which is sometime after Thanksgiving up until the end of March. Ask for more details. Condominium Features: This two story two-bedroom plus loft condominium was completely remodeled in 2007. The property features hardwood floors, new carpet, stone tile, stone and granite countertops, Whirlpool stainless appliances, wireless internet and a 55' flat panel Smart TV system for your enjoyment. The Indian Springs Condominiums are located in the heart of Elkhorn directly across from the Village Center. This unit comes with full access to the Elkhorn amenities. On the entry level you'll find the living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceiling open to the loft above. There is a small deck off the living room that overlooks a stream that goes into a small pond. There is a gas fireplace, 55' flat Smart TV system in the living area, dining area that seats 4 with additional seating at the breakfast bar for 2. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless appliances including a built-in microwave above the flat top electric stove. The Master bedroom is also located on this level and has a Queen bed, flat panel TV/DVD with the bath located just off the Master with an oversize stone tiled shower with sliding glass door. Upstairs is the second bedroom with Queen bed, TV and hall access bath with a deep soaker tub and stone tiled floors and countertops. Down the hallway you'll find the loft area that has twin beds and the hall closet has a stackable washer and dryer. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 and offers spacious accommodations with great light in the living area. Condo has approximately 1200 square feet and complex offers free outdoor parking. You can access the bike path which runs thru the Village area and will get you to the bigger path that runs north and south of Ketchum along the Big Wood River with great scenery to take in as you ride or walk. The Village path will get you over to Sun Valley Village too for shopping and dining. All linens and towels are provided for you and we supply soap for the bath and kitchen as well and each bathroom has a hair dryer.This condominium is located in the heart of Elkhorn Village within walking distance to the free shuttle. The Indian Springs is also within walking distance from the grocery store and post office. During the summer months, golf, swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis courts are available at both the Elkhorn Village and Harker Center. Located in the Sun Valley Elkhorn neighborhood , this 2600 square foot stand-alone townhouse has been completely remodeled with new wood flooring, carpeting, paint and furnishings. Each of the four bathrooms have been remodeled as well as the kitchen which includes an 8 burner Viking gas range and is fully equipped and each of the four bathrooms. Containing four bedrooms and a den this house sleeps 10 people comfortably and is large enough for your entire family. A short walk to the Harker Center pool and tennis courts, and an easy walk to the free bus service that the City of Sun Valley runs will take you to the main Elkhorn pool, golf course, tennis courts, and to the River Run and Warm Springs chairlifts. The back of the house faces open space with views of the mountains in the distance.A tri-level design, when you enter the townhouse you have a large entry way. Upstairs is the main living area, with kitchen, family room, dining area and two of the bedrooms. The dining room table can be extended to fit 8-10 people. There is a 65 inch TV above the gas burning fireplace in the family room, that includes a sofa with room for all. A state of the art sound system is powered by Sonos.Three bedrooms have king size beds and their own ensuite baths. The fourth bedroom has a custom built pair of bunk beds perfect for younger children. Designed with extra-long twin mattresses the bunk beds can also accommodate adults. Downstairs has the master bedroom and a second guest room with a king size bed. Each of these bedrooms has its own bath and patios to the outdoors. The master bath also has heated floors. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryers and a two-car garage on this level.In the lowest level is a den where two large sofas face a 55 inch TV, a perfect gathering place for children away from the adults. The cleaning fee is between $350 ad $500 depending on the number of guests. Sun Valley is routinely voted one of the best ski resorts in the United States with an excellent beginner’s mountain (Dollar Mountain) and a world-class ski mountain for skiers of all abilities (Bald Mountain). The resort has invested in new high speed chairlifts and it is rare to wait more than five minutes in a lift line. The Elkhorn Village hot tub, sauna, and steam room are open the end of November to mid-April. During the Summer, Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. The Elkhorn Village Pool is open from July through September. Tennis and golf are open from May through October (weather permitting). An amenity pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis facilities, and we can obtain passes for all guests ahead of time via email.During the Spring, Summer and Fall months, we enjoy riding bikes on the bike trails, hiking in the mountains nearby and fly fishing on the Wood River and Silver Creek, some of the best fly fishing rivers in the United States. For the golfers out there, there are two very good courses-one at the Sun Valley Resort and one at Elkhorn.
