Large walk-in closet with custom shelving and hanging rod. Desk/chair to use as office space.- Well-equipped kitchenette contains induction stove, range hood, large sink, under the counter fridge, island, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, coffee grinder, tea kettle, blender, pots and pans, and all necessary kitchen utensils.- Dining area has plenty of seating and is a great place to gather for a meal or a card game.- Living room has a couch , stressless lounge chair, and a smart TV to use with your own streaming services.- Entryway has plenty of room for coats, shoes, and bags. Bikes/skis/snowboards can be stored in the garage.- Very fast Gigabit fiber-optic internet.- Off-street driveway parking for one car. Free street parking also available.- Apartment is designed for two guests, but one additional child may stay as well (will have to sleep on couch or in pack and play).
