South Bethany Beach house sits on canal that leads to Assawoman Bay. New paint, floors, and furniture on top floor. fast walk to the beach since only two and a half blocks to beach. Guests can use our Kayak/life jackets, our bikes, and treadmill (But must sign waiver). Top floor includes large great room with windows overlooking the canal, sectional with TV and fireplace and an open kitchen/floor plan and dining room table that can seat 10 and kitchen island can seat 6.
