1840s Greek Revival cottage in the beautiful Schoharie Valley, situated beside a placid creek overlooking a horse pasture and distant hills. The two bedroom, two bath house has been completely renovated with new mechanical systems, new kitchen and baths and washer/dryer and is fully furnished with antique furnishings. The kitchen has a new propane stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, and cutlery. The baths have a shower, but no tub. Linens and towels are provided. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second has two twin beds. That said, it is an old house in the country. That will be the charm for many people, hopefully including those reading this, but there may be occasional mechanical issues beyond my control and I appreciate your patience if so.
